"i have been trying to contact via email since i placed my order, and have no luck i want my order cancelled ASAP and my credit card fully refunded. i was told i would receive in 5-7 days and after i ordered it, i got an email thats says it will arrive on 5/272012 and thats just not right.. i have contacted my bank regaurding this"

"Horrible experience. The dress & shoes came on time only after several emails back and fourth w/ them. When the dress and shoes arrived they did not look the same as the website. Very bad beading, cheap quality and the dress was sewn unevenly. They did not look like what was advertised. After I had to email them photos (4 times it took)they approved the return, but it cost me $86.00 to ship the items back to China for a $160.00 order, so it put me out over 1/2 of the cost of the products. I will Never order from them and WARN all of to not order either."

"cant get a hold of anybody
i need my dress to be here by apr 28 and i still haven't received it.cant find any where for a live chat and i cant make any calls to the number it gives.i have sent them at least 5 emails since i first ordered it.i even paid for it to be expedited. this is just RIDICULOUS!!!very unhappy that i chose this website

"I was excited to get started but was sadly disappointed when it they started requesting personal financial information. In this day and age everyone has to be careful and sending a copy of my fiancee's credit card bill is not going to happen. Period! When I requested the refund.. The note said that the refund was made but for $0.00. Not very trust inspiring. I have sent messages and am getting excuses but no answers. I know have to find another dress for my flower girls from another company because my trust has been shaken so bad by Milanoo that I cannot with good conscience move forward with the order. I hope that a lesson is learned from this experience on your side. I know I have learned a lesson from it. "

"1- Logging to the site is not as easy as it should be. I have to repeate it many timed to get in
2- After ordering it takes long time to process ang ship it. My experince with others they most of the time ship within a week.
3- I cannot select the shipping agent. I am comfortable deeling with specific agents that i like to use. The agents are not the same in all countries. For example, DHL Saudi will charge me custom dueties even if it is not requested by the authority for any reason which I never faced with other sippers like Aramex and UPS.
4- Providing pictures with different colors will help alot in the selection.
5- Sometimes the sizes are not matching due to different manufacturers, try to be specific.

"It Is ok. The material seems like it would rip really easily. I also expected the material to be more cotton but was mostly a really thin polyester. It is otherwise well tailored. No loose threads yet to be found. Sized perfectly. Though a bit tight around the rear but that's my own fault for ordering a size almost too small for me. Pants are also are a really high waist.
It was all packed nicely in plastic to protect from anything that could happen. I was slightly dissapointed on the amount of time it took to process and ship. It arrived three days after the supposed time it would take.
Other then all that. I am happy. Thank you for another awesome deal Milanoo.
