"I think that the costume i bought was great!! Although its really tight on me in some places and really lose on me in others.
I'v had problems dealing with fedex as they said wasn't given any information about the products value so i had to forward them the conformation email you sent me. now it seems that i have an extra bill foe £10 tax but i haven't been given any detail about who or how i'm meant to pay.
Its really annoying because i'd would have loved to buy lots more stuff from you but i don't want the hassle of dealing with fedex like this again. "

"The dress that I ordered was made incorrectly. It was stated to be a lace dress right in the description. When the dress was made, it was made out of organza. The staff at Milanoo kindly sent me a picture of the dress as it was before shipping it off to me to see if I would accept it as is. Since I was looking for a lace dress, I was not satisfied. They offered me a full refund which went straight to my Paypal account within the day. I am sad that the dress was made not as it should be, but am happy with the customer service I received. I likely will not purchase from this site again as the dress I wanted was not made."

"I was honestly extremely anxious about milanoo after reading some horrific online reviews. The low price also made me uneasy. I adored the dress, though, so I decided to trust the company. "I will NEVER order from Milanoo again. I ordered shoes for my wedding from them. At first, I thought it was amazing that I found wedged heels that I liked because I couldn't find any for a reasonable price. I proceeded to order my shoes and was happy I had that part over with. Then the problems started. My payment was completed Feb. 19th and ship date was March 26th. I figured since they are so far away, they would be taking a bit. My wedding is on April 28th. I had to message Milanoo customer service because I did not receive my shoes and I was worried. I was given the same response every time I contacted them. After finally getting my order today, (4/13) I was excited because I thought I would have to buy different shoes. When I picked the package up, however, I was so upset. The box for the shoes was beaten as if it was thrown around and the way it was taped was as if the box was already like this. My shoes are missing diamonds and the string of diamonds down the side are falling off. I do not have the money to go buy a new pair of shoes! I am appalled by the service here and in result, will never order from here again. I feel horrible because I told my family about Milanoo. I will be sure to call my friends and family back and tell them about my experience. I attached some photos of how I received my shoes and the defects. I really hope no one orders from here and makes the same mistake.

"I have sent multiple emails asking if my order is still on schedule to be shipped by the promised date and have not received a single reply. I placed the order 3/15/12 and was told it would take 30 days for me to receive my order, with 3-5 of those days being for shipping. I that is true then it should be shipped no later than today. There is still no tracking number showing on my account on the website. The thing that worries me the most is that I have emailed now 4 times and haven't heard anything."
