"This is one shop that has given me great satisfaction shopping online. Most often the quality of products you see online are so different from what you actually get after purchase but with milanoo i have not had any reason to be sad with the products i have bought. I have only possitive thought about this shop and am going to recommend it to my friends so that they too can have a good online shopping expirience. This is one of my best online shop as of now and i intend to keep it that way."

"I am so very satisfied with Milanoo! I must admitt a little scared with other reviews but did notice that Milanoo shipping takes awile and if you kept that in mind there would be no complaint! I got my package the exact day they promised and everything was goreous! Def ordering again"

"I am very dissatisfied with milanoo. I placed an order on February 9, 2012 and didnt receive the order until April 9th or so. And when I received the order the shoes that I wanted the most was so horribly made. The stitching was crooked. The sole of the shoes was lumpy. One shoe is slightly higher than the other. The shoes look like a child made them, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. When i wanted to mail them back and get something else, they said send them a picture and they will determine if it qualifies for a return. They said if i returned the shoes i would have to pay out of my pocket. They also sent me a black pump that was clearly not the size i asked for. I requested a size 7 and i could only get my toes in the shoe. I asked to return this shoe and they told me i would have to order it again to get another size. Ive been emailing back and forth with katrina He. She has been no help. Because of the poor quality of those shoes i asked them to cancel the order i placed on april 1, 2012 and they said its too late. I would lose most of my money. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I DO NOT LIKE THEY QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I DONT LIKE THE HORRIBLE NON RETURN POLICY. I DONT LIKE THE SERVICES AT ALL. I GIVE THEM A THUMBS DOWN! "

"The company is very sly. They wait until AFTER the 45 days nearly 60 days have passed before they mail out the purchases so you are out of timeline to get a refund from paypal or the credit card company. They also do not provide any support for returns when they send bad merchandise . I wanted to return a very poorly, ill fitting wrong designed wedding dress and they refuse to answer any mails regarding this item. I would think twice about ordering anything from this company."

"These shoes are stunning! Extremely worth the wait! Standard shipping was free (with coupon code) and shoes arrived in about 3 weeks, just as promised. I do think these shoes run large, so I just ordered another pair, one full size smaller (they didn't have the half size in stock). All in all, this was a perfect transaction and I will continue to purchase from Milanoo!"

"The dress we ordered was to be black taffeta; dress received was 37% terylene and 63% cotton. The dress has a defective zipper. We will be taking it to a seamstress to get it repaired before the prom.

"On March 26th I ordered a pair of shoes from Milanoo. It was promised that my order would arrive no later than the 11th April. Come 12th of April my order hadn't arrived, so I went to check the tracking on my item, which was supposed to be available to me, and there was nothing there/no proof of shipment. I have spent the past week attempting to contact Milanoo through their contact/dispute options to no avail. I have begged to cancel my order due to the fact I do not trust that I will ever recieve my order, and still, nothing.

UPATE: It now says that I have apparently been refunded £0.00. An absolute joke. Disgusting service and obviously trying to scam me out of money. These people are frauds.

Do NOT order from Milanoo. They are TERRIBLE and will take your money and never respond to you.

"This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with an online company. I ordered my Prom dress a month earlier just in case something were to happen (which it did). The processing time plus shipping was supposed to take 25-27 days at the most. I just received my dress yesterday Monday, April 16; however, it is too SMALL and I custom ordered it, which makes no sense. I know for a fact my measurements were correct and on top of that I asked Milanoo to refund me because my dress did not arrive at the proper date. Now thanks to Milanoo I have no dress for Prom and my prom is saturday. I have contacted Milanoo three times since Monday and I have yet to hear a response from them for FULLY refunding me. I will continue to show my disgust for this company until I am FULLY REFUNDED and I refuse to pay for postage since this is a mistake on Milanoo's behalf. I also refuse to show you pictures because I informed you I wanted a refund instead of the dress."

"I ordered a special occasion dress and used the expedited delivery. I have not yet received my dress, nor have I heard from Milanoo. I am leaving on April 18 for the wedding, and so I will not be able to wear the dress I ordered. Very disappointed."
