"Update:
Milanoo was quick to reply to my review and said they will refund my money. Now I will consider ordering from them again just not if I have a deadline. The costume quality was very good. If they really had a live chat customer service I think that could have avoided the problems.

I will never order from milanoo again. I ordered my costume in february and was told my order would ship on march 24 and should get it by march 29. I contacted milanoo multiple times about my order and was told only through email that they were still processing it. If I had known I would not get my costume in time I would have cancelled my order and gotten a refund. Now that I have the item too late to use they only want to give me a $10 off my next order. Also they claim to have live chat customer service but it just sends you to their contact us site on their website. You can only contact them through email, mail, or an international telephone number. My friend ordered a costume through Amazon and got it within days and it looked great and was a lot less expensive.

"Milanoo claims to help but in realty they dont because there website doesn't allow to fill anything out nor have a Direct contact...ive tried emailing baq but it wont go thru Therefore i would never personally do any type of business with them again and yet have they tried to be reach out to; to see how the shoes turned out & there not concerned about the product they send. All was asked for was a change of size & the want proof of some damage that they know they sent on there shoes! & if not wats the difference i still Needed an Exchange & yet they still have not tried to do so.. ALL MY INFORMATION IS ON THEIR Website from my number to address soo there Noo excuse to Not reach out! The only reason i don't return them because i might loose out on both shoes & money from the looks of it...

"I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED in Milanoo - order placed 3/11/12, no update on order after several requests = 31 days the prder still has not shipped, it was not a custom dress - IT WAS OFF THE WEBSITE, SCAM POOR POOR customer service. ORDER number en-uk_120312044224_41 I am contacting my credit card company and will write negative reviews on many sites if not fully refunded, this was a PROM dress needed THIS WEEK."

"I ordered a dress on march 1st for my daughters prom. was told the dress would be here by april 5th. now it is the 10th, i have sent 4 emails with no response, i have no way to call them and my daughter is in tears because she wont have a dress for prom. i will never order from them again!!"

"The dress I ordered was very badly made, the pleats didnot match up at the back, the Chifon over the top of the skirt was longer on one side than the other and parts of the dress had been tacked together instead of being sewn. I would very strongly recommend avoiding purchasing from Milanoo.

I received an email the next day after my complaint and sent photpos of the problem. Within the week I had my money refunderd to my PAYPAL account. I am thankful for the refund but would not buy anything from them again.

"I consider myself a patient and understand person, but I have reached a point where I feel that others should know what they are getting into if ordering from this site. I have a very formal event happening on April 19, and I placed my order through this site on March 14. I was informed that processing should take 20 days, ship by April 4, and arrive here on April 12. Perfect! Except, this has not happened. I have been emailing customer service since April 5 and have gotten NO RESPONSE. Today is April 10 and my order has still not shipped. I live on an island, and I'm 8 months pregnant. I do not have the time to find another dress on this short of notice and this event is in 9 days. I am so upset with this company and at myself because I have been passing their information on to other friends telling them that they should order from here as well. I paid for this via Paypal on March 14 and I have no product and I'm unsure that I will. If they don't get here before the 19th, I can't use them. I would either give yourself LOTS of time to have something get to you, or find another place to get it from. "

"I ordered a dress for prom on February 12, 2012. My prom isn't until April 21 so i figured there was plenty of time. The processing time was supposed to be 24 days and 7-9 days for shipping. I was cutting it a little close, only giving myself a few weeks to get it altered if needed. But it has been almost two months and hasn't even shipped yet. When I tried to get an estimate of when it would be shipped, they couldn't tell me. I hate to be the person to bash a company, but I really wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. I wouldn't recommend this."

"It was a bit of a wait to recieve my items but that is to be expected when the items are being shipped across the World. You have to be very aware of what your size is but if you know how to order for your body there shouldn't be a problem. The clothes I ordered are beautiful and fit very well. I am very satisfied with my order, I will definitely buy from Milanoo again. "

"The sales transaction was easy and product arrival was 13 days early. However, the quality of the dress was fair. Unsewn edges, different beading than shown in picture,edges uneven, drape on front off center... after adding crystals to waist and sending to a seamstress... will use for event but only because time and money are short. SSS"
