"Not very good a all!!!First of all I will admit that the dresses were in excellent condition and very well made..I had ordered three bridesmaid dresses and they were sent to me and they were stuck in custom services and my fiance had to pay 80 euros in all to get the dresses in hand!!The company said they would pay me half of what we paid to DHL which was an amount of 46 euros(which I was not informed of before ordering) but in the end they just refunded my credit card with 6.80 euro saying that it is a specialty cause I am a first time customer to them...I'll inform you of one thing!!It was the last and only time I'll be ordering from Milanoo!

"I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a pageant dress on 3/10/12. It stated 22 days processing time, 3-5 days shipping. After sending many emails in which they did not respond to. I just today 4/7/12, received an email stating that my dress would not arrive on time, as promised.

Please cancel my order. I want a full refund. I do not want it shipped to my home. I will call my credit card company and fight the charge if it is not refunded. I only bought the dress because I was given a certain timeframe in which you have not honored. It is irresponsible to not honor these dates when you are selling formal wear. They are obvious for important events. If the charge is not refunded immediately, I will send a complaint through every resource and continue to do so until you resolve this matter. DO NOT SHIP TO MY HOUSE. I will not pay return shipping. This email as well as my order placed on March 10th is documented and will be used to prove your negligence. Terrible quality product.
After complaint, I was rudely told that my complaint was not acceptable and I should fix the dress myself. I had to be sent multiple emails to finally get offered a refund; and even then I was told i would have to pay my own postage (which wouls cost half the price of the actual dress). When a product is faulty, it shouldn't be up to the customer to make up the costs to be reimbursed."

"ordered 4 shirts from them....i am a size large in normal shirts so i ordered one in a large..it barely fits!
the other 3 i ordered XL just in case......i figured i could have them taken in if they were too big.........ALL 3 SHIRTS ARE A LIKE CHILD'S EXTRA LARGE........THEY DON'T EVEN BUTTON CLOSED!
there was no mention that these could be for children!
the measurement chart was very confusing and it is up to the seller to be more accurate on sizing....
the shirt that barely fit was shown on a model who LOOKED about my size...........i paid 11.99 for the 3 XL and it says on the receipt that i paid 7.00...the other shirt cost me 21.99 and it was listed at 7.00 also......no tax or shipping total is shown.......the date of exportation says 01/04/2012, when i didn't even place the order until the middle of March.......
i love the shirts, so i would like to resolve this and get the right sizes..........i see here that they do respond, so i hope we can resolve this somewhat quickly.....
