"Ordered items were not delivered by expected date. Monoprice has sent a replcement order immediatelty for delivery next day. Great support regarding the failure to deliver and not having to wait another three weeks (15 business days) is great custoemr service. thanks "

"These boys are simply not honest. I ordered product and it was supposed to be delivered overnight. It was not, I called them and they said that it would be delivered within two days as the shipping company had lost it. The shipping company said that they never received it!

I told them that it would not work as I would not be in town and that is why I ordered it for overnight delivery. They agreed to cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Seemed all good.

The next day, I got an RMA number and an explanation that I should return the merchandise and then, they would issue a credit. Impossible as I never received it!

Then I got a document that clearly indicated that they would charge a restocking fee as it was for significantly less than I paid.

Their webpage clearly states no restocking fees and easy returns. This is simply not the case.

I have done business with them in the past and I have been very satisfied.....but I have never had a problem. Their problem resolution sucks vintage canal water.

Do not use Paypal with these people as with a credit card you do have some recourse.

I did hear from them, after I posted here, and they were very nice and refunded the full amount. I have left the post above as it was totally accurate and, therefore,it does indicate a mild cause for concern. To me it is a shame that it takes a negative post to be able to speak to someone but never-the-less that is the truth.

The customer service manager that I spoke to was totally helpful and solved the problem. He should be supported and praised so that his actions become the overall actions of Monoprice. If that were the case, there would have been no reason for the post in the first place.

"The monoprice.com website used to be a pleasant to shop and I was a repeated online shopper at this site. Many times I just got on this site looking to buy electrical connector/adapters although I didn't really need them... just to have a chance to enjoy this website. After being away awhile, I recently came back to this site, this time to buy certain things I really need. To my horror, the search function is very much intact. But to checkout process is a nightmare to say the least. In less than a month I patroned this site about 4 times. Each time I had a hard time to checkout without running into confusing problems. Two of those times, I even had to get on the online chat for help.

Another problem with this site is try to have your password reset. Try it and find for yourself. This password reset process makes me feel I just came back from hell. Of course I could never have accomplished that task if it wasn't for the help I received from the online chat.

"I bought couple of USB cables from Monoprice and few mins after making my order, my wife suggested me to buy 2 more (HDMI and AUX). Since I was getting the items shipped to Canada, I thought to check with Monoprice customer support to help me amend my order to save on some shipping cost. Jovie was the rep helping me out and since my order was in the initial stage of processing, my order was updated and a link sent to make additional payment.
Over all experience was so smooth and user friendly, that I could not stop myself from writing this review. Monoprice have excellent products at very low price and on top of that such an excellent customer service was very delightful. Cheers!!!

"I just have to say, I wish ALL retailers worked like Monoprice, I placed my order around noon yesterday and received it today at 8:30am. I have nothing to say but (I LOVE THIS STORE)!!! "I have shopped Monoprice for many of my cable needs and have always had confidence in their products. However, in a more recent experience I had to contact their tech support to resolve an issue. Although the problem could not be fixed by our collective attempts, they were able to set me up for a replacement of the product.
