I had to contact customer support about an issue (I later determined it was a system mis-calibration on my part) and. even though my system was out of warranty, the tech spent a good amount of time looking into the problem and providing me with a number of options. "I purchased 4 battery powered motion activated lights. 100% FAILURE RATE! box says 1 year warranty. I have 4 of these - ALL FAILURES WITHIN MONTHS. customer service is non existant. when you try to get service , monoprice says i have to call homezone. spend all day trying to get to homezone. homezone says these were sold at costco and i i will have to call monoprice because it is a 3rd party sale. . call monoprice and they tell me there is nothing they can do because it is a 3rd party sale. it is only warrantied for 14 days! TOTAL SCAM. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!"

The first time was a Lightning cable. It became intermittent and I thought it probably wasn’t worth the bother to get a replacement, so I tossed it in a drawer
Then a few weeks ago, a HDMI switch failed..
I logged into Monoprice looked up the order number and requested a return. Answered a few questions and it was done.
I received an email stating the case was being looked into.. within a few hours I received an email stating the replacements had been shipped! No hassles!

I don’t know how Monoprice makes money on these products because they had to send me 2 replacements in about 4 years, but I appreciate their expedient service. "My SLA Mini I ordered from them turned out to have a lot issues. I gave their customer service a call. Once I explained my issues with the machine, he and I went over the details of what had happened and what I found. What surprised me was when he asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, there was no arguing , none of the lets elevate this to another tier, it was resolved then and there. I requested a replacement. He stayed on the phone with me until the RMA slip had arrived in my e-mail. A couple of days after I sent the faulty machine to them, i contacted customer support to see if it had arrived back to them, they provided me with a tracking number and let me know as soon as it was back in they could send out my replacement. Customer service like this will bring me back to them for further business. "

"I had purchased a second guitar from Monoprice and as with the first, it arrived in a timely manner and in the condition as advertised. Very pleased (again). A couple days after receiving it, I went to look at the other colors for the same guitar and was surprised to see that the color I had just purchased was marked down. I contacted Monoprice via chat and within two minutes of confirming my order, I was informed that I would receive a refund for price difference. Can’t ask for any better service than that!"
