"Terrible customer service and won't refund me for a DOA"
"Ordered on 12/9/19.
No activity or calls. I called after a week and was told that they did not have my item at the time they took my money.
They also do not know how long it will take to refund my payment. I do not get the impression that they would ever have contacted me.
I am reporting to the credit card company. "

"I bought a Christmas item on the website for a family member. Four business days and a Saturday later I received an email saying that it is out of stock. I figured it was a email saying my refund was processed. Instead the money they took quickly for product they don't have will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. Shady business practices, never again will they get any of my business."

"After waiting months for it to go on sale, I ordered an expensive item from Monoprice on Black Friday. On Tuesday, I got an email saying they cancelled my order (with no explanation given) and asked me to reorder. But the item was out of stock on their site. I passed on several good Black Friday deals from other retailers to purchase from Monoprice. But since they didn't cancel until after Black Friday & Cyber Monday, I missed all the deals and would have to pay hundreds more to get the same item. Their customer service offered no apology or explanation."

"Generally I do not post reviews but it would be shame if I do not tell others about amazing customer service I received from Monoprice customer service, especially Customer/ Technical Support Manager P.S. who went beyond and above of what I expected. Very quick, efficient and no nonsense service.
Obviously, Monoprice has very competitive prices and great selection of products which I love. But for me at least, this would mean nothing if I do not receive support when I needed it. I guess that is why I love Costco. Now the same love applies to Monoprice. Customer service and support is what many companies lack, but not Monoprice.

I explained my problem, they offer suggestions and options and then follow through with exactly what they said they would do. Replacement was shipped fedex and received before expected and there was no charge. In short, their customer support is the best I have received from any company. "dear friends, I made a good purchase for the monoprice. for 3 weeks the day and night is running and has not yet made flabby. very good. is to be improved, let the film away from the print bed, I now use a (GFK) plate, with 3m double-sided adhesive tape. is 100 times better, nothing sticks more after printing. Unfortunately, the heat distribution on the plate is not well regulated. on the top right, are almost 10 crad less, there you can not print. otherwise I am very satisfied price = performance TOP.
