Makes good on Warranty

"Monoprice has excellent cables and stands by their lifetime warranty. Very few of my cables from them fail, but when they do, they send me a free replacement with no hassle. "

Absolutely Horrible.

"Some of the worst service I've ever encountered. I ordered an HDMI cable over a month ago and still nothing. They have no idea where it was and weren't be very accommodating to rush one out to me.

I asked for my money back and I was told they'd get back to me with my request.

This is absolutely crap and so disappointed as they came highly recommended by my surround sound guy.

Multiple purchases over a 2 year period.

"Can't complain, I buy audio cables and some electronics. If it is bad they pay the shipping. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part, Monoprice took it back, prompt refund, no extra charge to me. The products purchased have been well made, superior materials and hold up to multiple use and changes. Yes, I could pay 200 to a thousand for the same cables from a boutique manufacturer.....do they sound better for more money? Not always, and not for the price the competition charges. In sum they ship fast, stand behind their warranties. A good company to buy from."

first time buying from monoprice

"It's my first time buying from "monoprice", not a trivial thing when you're from Israel.
registration was easy, issues I had with the address were discussed and resolved quickly via email
the package arrived WAY FASTER THAN i EXPECTED (hardly 4 days from the moment we solved the address issue)
and the "monolith portable dac/amp" .. man that's a pleasure :)
well done guys !
I'm sure I'll visit you again on my next purchase.

"Bought some BT headphones. The BT failed after four months. I contacted tech support to see if I could reset the firmware somehow, but they set me up with an RMA. As I'm prepping my headphones to send back, I'm informed that won't be necessary and they'll be replacing the pair I have free of charge.

I initially chose monoprice because nobody could touch their prices. For the most part, their products are very well made and 95% of whatever I've bought from them over the past decade still works fine. When something goes wrong, they fix it.

I love Monoprice!

"Not only did I get an amazing 3D printer from Monoprice, but their customer service is far superior to those that I have dealt with in the past!

When my printer started to act up with a new filament that I was using (I had 2 successful prints and then everything started to become messy due to under-extrusion because the feed-motor was grinding the filament vice feeding it), I reached out to customer service and they suggested several fixes for the issue and then promptly sent me a new motor which fixed the issue! Thanks Ryan!

Excellent Company

"I have bought a lot of cables and a few other more "generic" or Monoprice branded products and so far I have been extremely impressed with product quality and customer service. To start the cables are priced realistically and there is just enough options for what is realistically needed. The lifetime warranty on the cables is also excellent (I don't know of another company with a warranty that even comes close) and as far as I can tell does not come with some sneaky limitations. I have replaced a few cables that have simply worn out with extended use and they have been replaced promptly. Interactions with customer service have always been extremely pleasant. Lastly on cables the quality and warranty far exceeds the price point, I have cables that I bought more than 4 years ago still working perfectly daily.

I want to quickly mention the other non cable products I have bought. It is mostly more of the same as above adding the quality control and bar are seriously high. I feel like the Monoprice brand means something to the company and when you buy something with their name on it, even at crazy low prices, you can expect nothing short of quality. Everything I've bought so far has impressed me so much they have absolutely earned my business time and time again which isn't an easy feat.

If I could give Monoprice 6/5 stars I would without a second thought.

Great Product Excellent Service

"I ordered the 5 watt guitar amp on line and went to the store to pick up the item. The staff at the store was extremely helpful and efficient. I was in and out of the store quickly. I will add that the customer service staff person on the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous.

"I had got a 3D printer and as luck would have it had some issue the last day of my warranty, so I called MonoPrice CS and the agent was super nice and knew his job. He knew next steps and what to try, I am sure they have guideline they follow but felt more like he knew from experience not from a pre-made troubleshooter script. Ultimately had to be sent in for repair but the whole time I felt at time he cared almost more then I did. I would and do recommend MonoPrice almost on a daily basis great products and great service."

"I contacted MonoPrice customer service, to inquire about a particular kind of battery. I reached out to the company via chat. I was greatly pleased to have been connected to a customer rep, almost immediately. I chatted with two people, and each of them was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Over the years, I have purchased a great deal from MonoPrice. I have found their products to be well constructed, durable, and inexpensive. Lastly, they have a huge inventory, that I think individuals and companies, will be pleased with."
