"I purchased a Monoprice above a fireplace large tv mount.
Since this was to be installed at a vacation condo location, I did not get to check it immediately.
On arriving at the condo and measuring the wall, this mount was going to be too wide for my application and I did not even open the box
I requested a return/ exchange for the smaller version of this mount and was told that I had missed the return deadline ( I did miss it by only about 5 hours!)
Monoprice customer service was of no help.
I only wanted to do an even return/exchange and I did not ask for a price adjustment even though the smaller mount was less expensive.
Now I am stuck with a large mount that I cannot use and I had to purchase the smaller mount-
which I did on Amazon!

I tore the coating on the print bed when removing a print and emailed for advice, and received a reply pretty quickly with instructions and a link to a video on how to replace the adhesive on the print bed. I was up and running about 30 minutes after watching the video.

An item I purchased about 6 years ago, failed at a most inopportune time. I need the item in less than a week's time for an important function.
Through seamless interaction with their customer support team, a replacement was issued. The replacement item is scheduled to arrive on time before the function begins. I am an international customer.

"I bought a 3D printer on Black Friday intended for my son's birthday in February. It was shipped and sat in my closet for three months. My son's birthday was 91 days after I purchased it, and it had a 90-day warranty. We opened it on day 91, and on day 92, the LCD screen stopped working. I was very concerned that it wouldn't be covered by the warranty because it was after 90 days. I reached out to Monoprice, having heard that they have good customer service. I explained to them the situation, and even though under the letter of the warranty they could have denied my claim, they responded within 24 hours to tell me they would honor the warranty. Monoprice is a company that puts people over profits (and because of that, I'm going to keep giving them my money)."
