Excellent vendor that does what it states with great products and prices

"I was introduced to Monoprice.com by a friend about 6 weeks ago and my experience has been extremely positive since. My first purchase was an acoustic-electric guitar from their open box inventory that was delivered to my Florida address in two days at no delivery fee. Satisfied that they were legit I subsequently ordered and received in a timely manner through separate transactions their guitar UHF wireless system, their 5 watt guitar amp and their clip-on guitar tuner. Every thing arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Unfortunately I discovered and issue with the guitar that I did not notice immediately. Working with their customer service team they authorized an RMA and at my amazement actually emailed a prepaid shipping labels or the return. I would certainly recommend doing business with this company. "

How no one at monoprice can tell me which 10 cent screw they used to make their $400 machine.

"Hi there,

1.5 years ago, I bought a IIIP Monoprice 3D printer. It worked GREAT! TOTALLY GREAT! For two months. Then it didn't. So I spent four months trying to fix it. And I almost did! Then, it turns out I lost a screw during the fixing process. No worries! My mistake! All good! Except, the manuals to monoprice products don't include product details for screws. Nor does the website. NO WORRIES! I BET THATS THE SAME FOR ANY COMPANY, INCLUDING IKEA!!

SO I ASKED THEIR SUPPORT!

NO ONE ONE KNOWS WHAT SCREW THEY MAKE THEIR PRODUCTS WITH!

Anyways, 16 months later, the answer is M3x35mm.

As you can see, if you don't mind waiting 16 months to eventually solve mechanical issues on your own, you should buy from MONOPRICE!

Received a wrong product twice

"I am not such a person who leaves feedback but at this time, I should inform prospective customers about my experience. I made an order and received the wrong product. When I created RMA, I was told to ship it back to them then they can ship the right one I ordered. ok... I shipped the wrong one back to them the next day. After 2 weeks, received the same wrong product. what will happen? I guess they will ask me to wait for another 2 weeks."

Great products, terrible shipping

"I have placed several orders with Monoprice but their shipping is terrible. One recent order 18770644 was placed on 3-19-19 and I paid for shipping on one of the items, the other included free shipping. My scheduled delivery date is 4-1-19. I called to ask why it was taking so long to receive my order and did receive a refund for the shipping cost, but I really would have rather received my order on time. This is not the only shipping problem I have had with Monoprice, but it will be the last one. It seems they use only Fed-ex and USPS, both of which are far inferior to UPS as regards timely deliveries and customer service in my opinion and experience. It seems to me Monoprice doesn't care about my problems because when I filled in the reviews that they asked for, I got only crickets. Unfortunately, I have to go back to Amazon, who's shipping is fast and dependable. Thanks for your time"

Monoprice is wonderful, except...

"All of my experiences with Monoprice are great except their website is very slow. Shipping charges have rising dramatically. Now sales tax is charged. The tax issue will never go away.
Otherwise their prices on merchandise have always been great. Prroducts are always factory fresh. Product descriptions are accurate. Shipping containers always packed well.

Awesome product, great team

"I've had my drawing tablet (Monoprice 10 x 6.25) for about 6 years now, and have never had a problem with it. Ever. Six amazing years of consistently great performance. Like, legit. The pressure sensors are amazing and the pen fits so well in your hand. It allows you to get lost in your work and doesn't take away from anything. I recently had to contact the support team because I switched computers and needed the appropriate software. They got back to me in under a day. UndER A DAY. There very efficient in providing the correct file and extremely (and sincerely) empathetic. Great company, amazing product. I recommend it to all my friends when they're looking for a tablet."

Going straight to Wanhau next time.

"They voided my warranty on what was CLEARLY a mfg defect due to me loading superior firmware (Marlin) to my 3D printer. Very frustrating, but I can live with it. Then I purchased parts to fix myself, and their "genuine" parts don't fit because they can't communicate properly with Wanhau (the mfg). Reps are aware of this, but I was still able to order mis-fitting parts. Ridiculous. Dealing straight with Wanhau from now on."

Do not buy

"Bought a tablet that they apparently don’t make drivers for, it doesn’t work. It’s been a year of phone calls to customer service. It worked for a couple months the pen broke they won’t replace the pen and there are no drivers that exist to make it work. You stole $300 from me buy selling a product that you know you can’t support. Crooks! "
