"Ordered a Canon T3i for my girlfriend from these guys. Their price was a tiny bit cheaper (around 5%) than anywhere else I could find.
They asked me to call them to confirm the order and tried to upsell me on a couple things, all of which I declined.
Never got a tracking number or an order update. They didn't respond to my emails, so I called them 17 days after initially making the order. They gave me the excuse that the item was backordered, so I just asked them to cancel it. Fortunately asking them to cancel was easy and they did it immediately.
My guess is that these guys will basically do everything they can to avoid sending you what you order if they expect to lose money on it. Maybe if I had bought some of their extremely overpriced accessories they would have sent me the camera. I'm kind of glad they never sent me anything to be honest -- I eventually realized that their cameras are almost certainly Gray Market and they're not an authorized dealer so I wouldn't get warranty service. Don't get confused about their "USA Warranty" Claim -- that's not actually a manufacturer's warranty (read the other reviews here).

"There are problems from A to Z with these guys. First it seems fishy that a good number of reviews name specific people over and over again. I've never been to a site where they give shout outs to people by name repeatedly. Sounds like they're doing their own reviews. Second, I emailed about three times over a question about the lens I want. Never got a response. I decided to order anyway. Says it will ship 1-2 days. Never shipped. At least they didn't take my money just yet. It had been at least 5 business days since I confirmed over the phone and gave them my card info and nothing shipped. Something was wrong obviously. They said it's in back order. Back order? From a place called Overstock Digital? Never says on their site that its in back order or even in stock. That would be nice to tell me when I called them the first time around not the second when I thought something was wrong. Also they sell grey market items. Of course that's why it's so cheap. I have no problem with it but when I asked them directly why the price is so low they gave me some other answer. Don't lie to your customers be up front about it. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks for the order to arrive. I am typing this review on week 9! Ladies and Gentlemen. I canceled my order this morning over email. They actually responded back within a day. I am surprised, that's the quickest they have ever worked. Worst experience I have dealt with online. The only decent thing about them was their courtesy over the phone. If you choose them good luck. You've been warned."
