"I received 4 invitations to leave reviews of the products I purchased from Sleeplay. Every time I tried to leave a review, the link to send in the review would not respond to my clicks. I called the company once and emailed them twice to fix this error but no one responded. Consequently, I did not receive the $10 gift cards that were promised with each review. If you are going to solicit reviews, you should make sure the process works and, if not, you should at least respond to the customer's calls or emails requesting the process be fixed."
