"I ordered a battery from Sleeplay for my CPAP machine. Unfortunately it turned out they didn't have it in stock. They sent me a personal email telling me they were unable to fulfill the order at the time they originally planned, but gave me two options; wait until the battery I ordered was back in stock, or choose an upgraded version of the battery which actually was much better and worth more than the battery I ordered. I asked if I would have to pay the difference, and they said nope, this was to help make up for them not being able to fulfill my original ordered in the time agreed upon.
Excitedly I obviously chose the upgraded battery, it arrived 2 days later shipped express at no cost to me and it works great!
