I bought an amp from zZounds nine months ago and recently thought it developed a problem (turns out it was the wiring in my guitar). My wife called them and they quickly sent us another copy of our invoice, and told us who to contact since it was still under warranty. Even though the amp was fine and we didn't end up needing to do anything, it did let us see that their customer service is top notch. I can say they are very easy to deal with.

Last week I found an effects processer for cheaper at another place. This other place had some bad reviews, and since I had been happy with zZounds, I submitted the item to see if zZounds would match the price. Well, not only did they match the price, but I found out the very same day. Plus I had five days to pull the trigger so I didn't have to feel pressured to buy it right away...I could keep shopping around.

There's 3 or 4 other large, reputable online retailers I wouldn't have a problem ordering from, but zZounds is by far my first choice. Free and fast shipping, great customer service, their price match is legit, although you probably won't get the chance to use it (my amp was $15 cheaper at zZounds than anywhere else, and I think the effects processer was just a fluke).
