"Color me IMPRESSED!

I went shopping for a Fender PD150 Passport PA system on the web and ebay and found almost all at the usual price of $499 or a combination of price plus shipping that ended up equaling that amount or a bit more. Zzounds had that same price. I did find one really great price from another company. It was $383 plus five bucks shipping. However, I read the reviews on here for that company and decided it wasn't worth the risk to get the great price.

So, after reading the reviews of Zzounds, I went back to them and was going to buy at the usual price of $499 when I read their Low Price Guarantee. I didn't know if they would honor a price from a questionable dealer, but went ahead and filled out the form anyway. I figured I had nothing to lose.

Anyway, Zzounds not only honored the price but BEAT it by an additional $4 and included shipping!

So, the end of the story is I got a brand new, excellent little PA in just 4 days from a great company for less than the advertised price of a poorly rated competitor!

I'm already looking to place my next order with Zzounds. You can be sure that in all my upcoming music gear purchases, Zzounds will at least be given a good shot at earning my business.

"I bought a Fender Standard Strat and a Vox Amp from zZounds. The guitar was 200 dollars cheaper than my local store and the amp I'm sure was about an equally great deal, plus I didn't pay sales tax. zZounds has way cheap prices for just about everything.

My order was processed and sent to shipping the day I ordered it. It still took 5 days for it to get here from a state bordering mine, but maybe thats just UPS. Shipping was free anyway so I'm not complaining.

"It's true what they say, that people are more prompt to write a bad review than a good one. So I'd like to post a good one for a company that I am new to, but has my business for future purchases.

Bought a CIJ Fender Mustang Bass, 1964 reissue. Price was equitable to other vendors, shipping was VERY fast (made other orders in the last few days and almost everything was delivered early!) and their ordering system works well and is fast to update the customer on order status.

Only downside I could find was no way to actually save a profile on their site. I have to enter in my info manually to make every purchase. Overall, very happy."
