"This was one of the very fist e-tailers i've purchased computer products from because of some relatively cheap pricing via pricewatch.com. Overall, the processing was moderately fast, and the prices are very competative. The only thing, they have some "free shipping" items, but they usually take a while to arrive, you can upgrade to a faster shipping method, of course.
Can't comment on their customer services because I haven't had the need to, yet.

"If you order from them, get a separate order number for each item! If you don't, you will never get your parts. I ordered 10 components for a computer that I am making for a customer and don't know if I will ever get them. There is no number listed to call them and good luck getting a hold of them via email. I got their number from this website amd finally talked to the "manager" who told me that basically each time they try to ship an order, the request goes to the warehouse and if a part is not in stock, it is sent back. They will have to email the customer to see if they still want the order. The customer must state whether they still want the shortened order or cancel and then it starts again. My ten component order was rejected three times and they forgot to email me twice! I am still waiting to make a computer for my customer without their CPU fan or the DVD/CDROM they requested. Terrible customer service but I can only hope they get their act together because they have great prices. I wonder why? As for me, there is no way I can keep a customer happy pushing deadlines for their much anticipated new computer."

"Z-Buy had one of the lowest prices on the EPoX 8K3A mobo so I ordered online around 2AM on Thursday morning. I immidiately got a comfirmation e-mail but then I waited the whole day, and then all of Friday, and it still hadn't shipped. (they say 24-48 hours) So I e-mailed them after-hours on Friday asking what the deal is and by 1pm Monday they hadn't replied to yet. Their website lists NO phone number for support - only e-mail. After doing much searching around on the web I finally found a phone number - here it is in case anyone needs it (1-***-***-****) so I called it and it rang 10 or 12 times before someone picked up. I asked the status and she told me it's out of stock. You think they could have notified me within 2 business days that it as out of stock! But the lady was nice and allowed me to cancel my order and now I am ordering elseware. Reading the reviews on this posting site I am glad it was out of stock so I don't have to worry about RMAing it or anything. I will certainly avoid this company in the future."
"I placed an order with Z-Buy.com. The charge went through to my account for the order, and I received a notification containing the FedEx tracking number.
Then, an email followed saying that the shipping number was deleted (no other explanation). I followed up with the folks at Z-Buy.com and received no reply. I called the next business day just before noon, and was informed that the product was backordered.
BACKORDERED?! The item was BACKORDERED, and they neglected to inform me of this before allowing the order to be placed, and not only that, they never notified me via email, phone call, and they went ahead and charged my account anyway? What gives? What kind of clowns run this two-bit operation?
I cannot recommend buying from them based on their poor handling of my order. I had to call THEM regarding the tracking number to discover that the item was backordered. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere."

follow-up: Ordered a motherboard with CPU in the afternoon. Their policy is to ship items the next day it's been ordered. Next day called them and found that CPU was backordered and they told me that they would ship m/b if I wanted to and that there was a distant possibility of getting a supply for them later that day. I called later that day and found out that they've got CPU and shipped whole order. So in fact they managed to ship it on time. Moreover, according to FedEx I'll have my order tomorrow, 2.5 days after the actual order. If only other resellers were so customer's oriented, friendly and thrustworthy!!!"

Here is deal, this is how Z-Buy and CNetPC works, they will sell you all kinds of goods according to their website. Did you know that 50% of their stocks are defective, sometime refurbished good that were sold as *NEW*. As being the consumers, how the hell would we know what we're getting from fault advertisements? Chances are you will get a defective good if you ordered. True that prices were excellent cuz they're refurbished good so they keep them that low for a reason so dummies like you and I get tempted to think we're getting *NEW* products. So if you get a defective item, what are you going to do? ANSWER: NOTHING, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT CONTACTING A LAWYER OR BBB.
