"Excellent place to buy workstations. Over a year ago I bought a Monarch custom workstation, and recently I bought one of Monarch's standard configurations with upgraded disk and RAM. Highlights: (1) system configuration expertise. Because I don't have time to do full research, I rely on Monarch to provide the choices of parts, and I choose from their choices. In my second purchase I just went with one of their standard configurations. Monarch makes it clear exactly what components you are getting, so you can research your choices. (2) packaging and quality assurance. Monarch uses careful box-in-a-box packaging. All manuals etc. are included. Their burn-in test appears to be good, from my experience. (3) Flexibility on pre-installed operating systems."

"I ordered an eVGA 7800 GTX because Dell was taking to long to fulfill my order. Dell informed me that the item was going to ship within hours so I contacted Monarch to cancel the order. I then had my bank call them to remove the authorization. Not once did Monarch inform my bank that the charge would go through anyway. So my bank removed the authorization but then the next day I see that I was still 500 bucks short. My bank called Monarch again and they said that the charges always go through immediately which was a lie because mine didnt. And then Monarch said that they would not process a refund for 3 to 5 business days. WTH? I placed the order on Sunday and cancelled the order the next morning practically at opening. Why did they not inform me or my bank of this? Poor business practices and customer information."

"web site easy to use, good prices, order arived timely
after a week of use the computer stared crashing at random times. Memory tested OK, cpu temps are OK, not sure what the problem is, most likely just a bad mainboard. 90 Warrentee, no problem right? Well, Monarch's support is very sluggish, it's been days and no responce at all. From reading their support forum I'm not the only one with this issue with them."

"Order took amazingly long to ship, over 2 weeks. I sent two e-mails asking why there hadn't been any progress, and both times were told my order would ship that day. Obviously, these were lies. I had to call to get a straight answer. Said it was because one of my items was discontinued. It was, but the website also said it was in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. Did they mean 1-2 weeks?"
