"I wish to share with you two purchasing experiences with Monarch Computer Systems, one which actually led to the next. I first bought an AMD processor in which all aspects went very smoothly. Monarch's website was easliy navigated, and identifying and purchasing my item was very easy. However, I soon realized that I had compatibility problems with my motherboard, which led to my second purchase. There were some concerns that I raised with customer service and I want to share with you that "Chuck" in customer service went beyond what I would consider to be excellent service to help me. His actions were above that of any online retailer that I have ever experienced, and I have been purchasing in this manner for more than 15 years. I can say unequivocally, and as a frequent purchaser from NewEgg and ZipZoomFly that my buying experience from Monarch Computer Systems in this instance has been supreme."

"Order is taking *extra-long* to fulfil. Sent them an email on Friday(5/13) to find out status of order. Finally got a response today (5/16)--even though they say most emails are responded to within 24 hours (not business hours keep in mind)--apologizing to me and telling me order will be shipped. BTW, order was placed on Wednesday, 5/11, and it has now been 4 business days since order was placed (albeit it was placed on a Wednesday evening around 6ish I think). Waiting to see if they can give me an explanation as to why the order has been delayed for 5 days (as opposed to just a polite apologizing email telling me it will ship today).
UPDATE (5/18):
Awesome Customer Service!!! There was a manufacturer's mistake, and I was contacted (a little later than I wanted, but it was ok) and they overnighted me the item for free! Will definitely buy from them again. Just received the package today btw..."

"As a computer techie, I scour the internet looking for the best deals available. Monarch Computer Systems beat everyone else's price for the item I was looking using Pricewatch.com. There was a descrepancy in the listed price. As it turned out, an error made by Pricewatch. None the less, Monarch not only honored the price, they beat it. The item arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. The entire experience from the online purchase to customer support to customer satisfaction was a pleasant experience. They should be viewed as a template for what internet shopping should be like."
"I ordered an AMD 3200+ motherboard combo, NEC 3520A DVD, OCZ ModStream 520 Powersupply, Floppy driver, BFG 6800 GT OC graphics card, a UV reactive cable set and Nero 6.6 DVD burning software. It took 6 days to ship, including a weekend and arrived well packed. During my system setup, I discovered that a motherboard cable was missing (D-bracket 2) and that the Nero 6.6 media was defective. I made two calls to Monarch to arrange replacements. Support was outstanding with no time waiting on hold and Monarch promptly sending the replacement parts out. All in all, an excellent company to do business with."
