Excellent shipping. Unfortunately I had to return a piece of hardware, and the return process was flawless. The owner of the store actually emailed me and asked if I would like any free tech support before the return. Not pushy at all. VERY HELPFUL.

"I just received my order from
pcalchemy, this was the second time I have ordered from them, and once again, I
could not be more happy. I received everything correct, and it was very nicely packaged and secure. I had the same experience with my past order as well, but this time, I got a friendly email from the "owner" or "head tech."
at pcalchemy as well. I had posted a comment about how great pcalchemy is with support and
customer service in a online forum and furthermore that I had ordered something that should arrive by the end of week. The next day when I checked my email, I had received an email from pcalchemy inquiring if I had purchased something that day. Because they had not placed an order for me on that day. I simply explained that I placed the order earlier during
week. Yet, I was amazed that they had checked to make sure, my order was completed and shipped from a forum posting. It is just goes to show how far pcalchemy will go to make sure everything is correct, and that they will not
forget you or your order.

"All I can say is WOW!!!! I put in the order yesterday for a streamzap remote and USB ir sensor and I had a call today from a sales rep explaining that the Retail version of the remote was on back order, but the OEM version of the remote and USB ir sensor without the software dirver disk (which can be downloaded from streamzap's website) could be shipped out today at a small discounted rate.
Man I have never had that kind of customer server, EVER!!! not even from newegg (which is still a great online retailer)
I will definately recomend pcalchemy to anyone and they will definately be getting my businesses again."

"I just received my second order from PCAlchemy. This store is excellent. The prices are good, shipping is reasonable and the service is great. I used the standard shipping, and I got my order so fast I thought that they had delivered it to my office. I was also impressed with the way my order was packed. I ordered a PC TV tuner and some software, and it was packed in a box with styrofoam sheets. These guys don't mess around. 10 out of 10 all around."

"I've never written a review before, but the person who helped me at pcalchemy was so nice and helpful that I made an account to share the good expirence.
I only wish I had known about them sooner... I was having problems with my bank card in that when I ordered from online vendors, they were saying that my shipping / billing addresses were different. This was causing delay after delay through no fault of the online vendor (newegg).
When I found an item I wanted, and that pcalchemy.com had it in stock, I went to resellerratings.com to see they had an awesome rating. I then called pcalchemy to place my order. I didn't want to do another order online because it would be hours before I found out that my addresses didn't match "blah blah."
A nice guy picked up the phone and told me that they only do orders from their website, so I told him "no, thanks, I'll try someone else."
A minute later, the person calls me back, asking what my dilemma was. After I told him of the problems and delays because of the situation w/ my bank card, he offered to stay on the line and watch my transaction go through to make sure it didn't get held up as all other orders from all other places had. A few minutes later, he was able to confirm that my item had gone through and told me that it would go out immediately, and to expect it the next day (as I had chosen next-day delivery).
I was impressed that they were willing to go the extra mile. When you put your card # in and hit "send", you sometimes don't know what you're going to get in return for your business. It's good to support online vendors of reputation who *want* your business, not just your money."
