"We have placed a few orders with blue ridge company and all have been filled accurately and have shipped out within a day of ordering. We do not order a tremendous amount since they do not carry our primary brand of PEX tubing, but we have been happy with their service overall and feel very confident placing an order with them."
"I am a little surprised that faucetdirect has such a low rating. We have placed several orders with them for a total several thousand dollars and we have not had any major problems. A better offer than most websites, these guys will match any valid competitor's price and we have taken advantage of this several times and they have been eager to accept the price difference and provide the lower price. I have no reservations about placing orders with them, but as with all online suppliers if i have a critical deadline a physically pick up the phone and call them to make sure the item i need is in fact in inventory and will ship out within the promised time.
I happened to be looking at the rating of some companies that i have reviewed in the past and i noticed that my 5 star rating of faucetdirect.com did not show up and mostly only 1 or 2 star ratings were showing up. does this have anything to do with the fact that faucetdirect.com does not subscribe to this rating service I wonder? it will be interesting to see if this comment gets published or if this review is again not displayed when searching for this seller. perhaps someone should review the review website to see if there is a difference in those sites that pay for their service and those that do not.
As an update i discovered today that this seller no longer matches competitor's prices. I did not notice that their website no longer included this guarantee and the mistake cost me a $220 on a $2000 order. Guess I have to go back shopping around for each item and either request price match before ordering or buy elsewhere. bummer."
"We placed an order for a little more than $100 worth of stuff from Central Vacuum Supplier. a week later we followed up when it had not arrived but no response to any of four different emails. we finally received a response that 'this order shipped this morning' but they could recall and refund. we continued pressuring them until nearly a month after the original order we received an email indicating that they would refund the charges. We would not feel comfortable placing another order with this supplier."

"We have placed a total of 3 orders with CARiD and overall have been satisfied. Two of the orders, for headlights on two separate vehicles went off without a hitch, the product was reasonably priced, accurately described, etc. The third was for a tail light set which did not fit our vehicle. I reported back to them and included photographs of where the lamp was hitting the vehicle. They then paid to send me a different model of the tail light that also was to fit the vehicle but they warned me that many of these oftermarket manufacturers are using the same core design. As luck would have it, the second version did not fit either. Evidently on our specific model of the vehicle the trunk lid is made slightly different. At any rate, that is not CARiD's fault but the manufacturer and CARiD paid to ship one of the units both ways, so no complaints."
"We have placed a number of orders with surveillent.com and their surveillent.net sister website. Each time we hold our breath until the order arrives but all orders have eventually arrived in good condition.
Just a couple of things to keep in mind...they have very good prices but it seems they are just taking the orders for the manufacturer or larger distributor and everything is drop shipped from somewhere else. As a result, once the order is placed you may receive an email that the first item has shipped but do not expect any detailed shipping information since the order may be coming from many different sources. Don't bother calling to check on your order or you will be disappointed with their response and customer service.
Be very sure you want the item you order. we have not even tried to send anything back, that would be a total waste of time i think. based on our experience, i would believe what other reviewers have said about their discourteous customer service.
When we place an order we never order more than we would be willing to gamble and we wait for one order to come in completely before placing the next order."
"We have placed a few orders with sprinkler warehouse, total of less than $1,000 so we have limited experience. The orders have shipped quickly and accurately. There was one order that included a little sprinkler adjustment tool that had obviously been damaged, possibly a return from another customer or something. a $3 item but still annoying. However, we asked them to replace and their customer service quickly sent out a replacement plus one extra."
"I have placed several orders with smarthome and all have arrived reasonably quickly. One time i placed an order for about $1000 and then later that day received their regular advertisement email that offered 20% off any order. i called them up to see if they would apply this discount to the order just placed and they would not. The person said to cancel the order and replace with the discount coupon. One item had already shipped and one item was direct ship from a supplier which could not be returned (in fairness, they showed me where this was stated in the description of the item). At any rate they gave me an RMA for the items that had shipped, cancelled the items that had not shipped. So i give them high marks for that. I just wish they would have applied the 20% discount and saved everyone the trouble."

"we order from monoprice every week or two and i don't think we have ever had a bad experience. occasionally we have been given a little wrong information from their online chat customer service regarding a product, but it is impossible to expect everyone to know everything about every one of their products.
their shipping costs are reasonable which is always a plus. they used to offer free shipping for orders over some amount but that seems to have gone away. They should bring that back because it always encouraged us to find something else we needed to order."
"purchased about $1400 of LED bulbs. went through customer service because one was not in stock. the agent (Charity) suggested we buy one or two more bulbs to make a full case so it could be drop shipped from the manufacturer which we did. then they also removed the separate shipping charges as i remember so we were extra happy. We will certainly purchase from them again."
