"Ordered a 15" wide screen Thinkpad T61. Was able to get another 5% off on the laptop from calling customer service. Shipping status said the laptop would arrive on the 20th, yet it shipped using 2 day UPS (payed for free ground shipping) and arrived on the 13th (would have arrived on the 10th if I was there to receive the package from UPS). So far the laptops works beautifully and seems sturdy. Will keep Lenovo in mind for laptop purchases in the future."

"Ordered two backpacks on the 19th, shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 25th in new and great condition. I previously canceled an order using their form that was available. Notice of cancellation arrived in an hour as promised with no charge on my card. I was able to call customer service who was able to answer my questions easily. "First time experience. I ordered 100 8x Taiyo Yuden DVD-R's with free shipping. Ordered on Monday, shipped on Wednesday, and delivered by Saturday. Popcorn styrofoam was provided to protect the shipment in the box. Safe to say, there was no damage to the blank dvd-r's. Overall, I'm very much pleased and will be a returning customer."

"I ordered two jackets from Walmart. The price was reasonable including tax and shipping. It was expected to arrive between 11/9 and the 11/16 but BOTH arrived on 11/7!! Incredibly fast service and the packages (while not cleanest from the outside visually but I think that's the product of UPS treatment) were undamaged inside. Will keep Walmart in my checklist of sites to use."

"I ordered a North Face Metropolis Jacket for $118.99 (winter sale) while in Macy's, the same jacket was $229.00. Shipping was reasonable and it took two weeks to ship and while it is a bit of a long wait, DrJays's completely acknowledge that the cheapest shipping option would take up to two weeks. I also didn't mind so much about the lengthy time for the product to come here when I'm getting the product half the price than in a retail store! The jacket came in great condition, was packaged in plastic type bag and more importantly NEW, with all the tags and stuff. Their website is quite organized and they always seem to have new clothing items and the like and also a lot of sales. So if you don't mind to wait a bit more than usual to recieve your order, then I highly recommend DrJays."

"My first time ordering from Amazon was a quite pleasant one. I ordered a Shark cordless hand vaccum on Sept 25 and it was delivered here on Sept 29, this with free 5-9 day shipping. Packaging was adequate with nice transparent pillows and the product was undamaged. I will consider them on my next purchase if the price is reasonable."

"Ordered a Brother MFC 210C multifunction printer on 6/18/05 and recieved my order on the 22nd, faster then expected on free shipping. Don't know why there are so many bad ratings. Will continue to do business with them.
Edit: On 7/29/05, made a second purchase which were 2 512mb Kingston Data Traveler flash drive which came with rebates. I recieved the order today by USPS. Look forward to making more purchases with them.
Edit: As of 9/29/05, I have made 6 orders with buy.com. Now I don't know if its ups fault or what but the boxes always come to me banged up and squashed a bit. Yet, the products are not damaged and I guess that's what matters. Will continue to keep buying from buy.com, price is cheaper then other stores and free shipping above $25 is always a plus."

"In purchased a value kit of Epson replacement ink cartridges: 5 black and 3 color. A very good price plus %15 coupon makes it a good deal. I ordered 7 days ago, and 123inkjets.com posted that it would take an average of 3-7 days for it to arrive, free shipping by the way on most or all of there stuff. Today, USPS delievered my order, in 7 days. Quite happy with the service. Will do business again if need for ink cartridges, paper, and etc. Now, just have to see if these ink cartridges really do work."
