Poor Service - No Communication - 3 Days To Ship Item
"I don't know where to start with these clowns...
How can it take them 3 days to ship an item that was supposed to arrive in 3 days?
Impossible to get an answer from them once they have your money.
Just plain garbage company.
Rather take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache!"

Walmart Shipping Pass Terrible - A Joke Compared To Amazon Prime
"Walmart Has A Long,Long Way To Go To Compete With Amazon Prime
Decided to give Walmart Shipping Pass a try and joined the trial. On Friday i ordered an item on Walmart.com ,at checkout option for Shipping Pass (2 Day delivery) was available and i chose that as my shipping option. I got order confirmation and my order page clearly showed "Shipping Via Shipping Pass" item arrival Monday 11th July...
Guess what checked today and the order has not even been precessed, never mind shipping.. All i can say is i enjoy shopping at Walmart stores but your website experience is terrible and you have a long way to go before Shipping Pass can compete with Amazon Prime shipping...
I also used Chat feature but he was so unhelpful i told him to cancel my order and my Shipping Pass trial!"

"Although there was a problem with delivery (USPS Fault) i must say that Warren at ZenPro Audio really went out of his way to fix the problem...
My initial review was very unfavorable but that was before Warren personally attended to my problem and replaced the item...

"I thought ebay.com was the worst when it came to customer service? Well i was wrong Amazon.com is as bad, they will not guarantee your transaction with an individual seller.
So if you get scammed you are on your own, so please don't think that your money is safe if shopping on Amazon.com because it's not.
Once you have paid they wash their hands and as far as they are concerned the issue is between you and the seller.
Buyer Beware!!!"

"Obviously Toysrus don't give a damn about their image because they don't even respond to all the negative customer reviews.
I went to purchase a kids gym set for my son about $550, i had the money in hand and i was willing to spend it.
I got to the store and found the item, my wife had phoned a few hours before to verify that it was instock, it was.
But i was told they were sold out? Thats OK, i said to the person in customer service, can i order and pay for it now. The response was no and she turned around to carry on her conversation with a fellow employee about their personal lives.
Frustrated i called for the Manager, although he was quite courteous compared to his employees he was no help what so ever. He told me they can't order out of stock items and Bla,Bla,Bla
Experience: Probably my worst experience at a retail store
Staff: Unfriendly/Rude
Manager: Useless
Store: Bunker Hill Houston,TX
I will never ever again set foot in a Toysrus store..."
