"This is my first order with Sidewinder, and have had a very good experience with this company. I originally sent an email with a question, it was answered within hours. I placed an order, and the item was shipped the next day (unlike many places that take forever). Would definitely buy from here again."

"I placed an order for a Sapphire Radeon 9700 OEM (non pro) video card. On my packing slip, someone crossed off the model number I ordered, wrote in a new number, and sent me a Powercolor 9700 OEM brand instead. Plus they charged me the higher price of the Sapphire even though they sent me the cheaper card (The Powercolor sold at the time for $12 less). I wanted the Sapphire brand because it has the faster memory. If I had wanted the Powercolor I would have ordered the Powercolor. Plus they refused to refund me the difference in price claiming they sent me a retail Powercolor. It wasn't retail, there was no retail box, no game cd's, no dvi converter. I had to get into an argument with him on the phone. Now I don't even dare send it back for a refund due to fear of them saying I didn't return the entire card (because for some reason they believe its retail, and its not). It shipped in the antistatic bag and thats it... sorry but that is OEM. They also have a 15% restocking fee. The LEAST they could have done is cross ship me the correct card, or refund me the $12. This is plain fraud. PS: After I complained about getting my money back for the price difference, they raised the Powercolor price to avoid people demanding their money. They have did this to other people from what I have read."
