"The shipping speed from Canada to the US was surprisingly fast. Their prices are competitive and they normally always include a free sample which is cool. You can even specify what type of items you prefer and they will cater your free samples accordingly. The currency converter is also very handy. Just clicking on your countries flag beneath each item will show the native countries price. It made things a little cheaper. Will certainly shop there in the future, just wish they would come to the US as I much prefer their style of business over places like GNC."

"With the new flat rate shipping option coupons have been removed and prices have gone way up. The flat rate shipping may be good for customers on the other side of the country but most customers will be paying more to subsidize the flat rate shipping. Acana went from $48/bag to $56/bag. The old %15 off coupon which offset shipping no longer works. I also wasn't keen on the omission of negative reviews on their product pages. Posting only positive reviews doesn't help the customer at all. Because of these changes I have found another retailer which offers better prices and faster shipping. As I said though, this store may still be a viable alternative to customers on the West Coast."

"I've ordered from a few of their thousands of online stores and never had any problems. I personally don't like when stores have so many domain names but I understand the business behind it. This last order was for a computer chair and a computer desk from their sister site Access Furniture Direct. Both items shipped the day after I placed my order and arrived quickly. The chair was missing a set of bolts but the customer service was fantastic and they had replacement hardware sent out the same day. The pricing has always been very competitive, great customer service, and prompt shipping. Can't really ask for more."

"Paws Choice has a nice selection of natural pet products. The free shipping helps alot when ordering 30lb bags of kibble, in my case 2 bags, so 70lbs. If you don't live near a good online pet food vendor the shipping charges can be outrageous. This was my 3rd order and each time they shipped either same day or next business day. They also have decent coupon codes which help as well. Would certainly recommend as a quality retailer."

"I ordered a 1TB OEM Samsung drive which shipped the same day and had the lowest price. They also have coupons for really good deals. I was very happy with the packing job. I ordered many hard drives from numerous vendors who do a horrible packing job and the drive is rattling around in the box. Ewiz made sure the drive wouldn't move an inch inside the box. They also included hard drive mounting screws which most OEM drives/retailers don't include which was awesome. Great experience all around."

"I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I placed my order on Monday night, they shipped out Tuesday and I received them Monday morning using the free shipping option which uses FedEx and then your local Post Office makes the final delivery. I ordered a pair of Asics Nimbus 11's and they arrived factory fresh. I originally ordered them through another vendor and they arrived without tags and appeared to have been worn so the new condition from eastbay meant alot. Being this retailer also offers many styles in a wide width is a huge plus as well. They also had the best prices by far since they have promotions running quite often. I got %30 off my order and free shipping which was much less than any other retailer I could find. I also used ebates.com to get another %5 off so it worked out great! They also include a return shipping label attached to your receipt to make returns as simple as possible. I never heard of this store before but I'm glad I found it as the prices, shipping, and quality of merchandise is top notch."

"I originally ordered two phones from another discount cell phone company but when I decided to add a 3rd line to my ATT plan Wirefly had the best prices. While the competitor wanted $50 and ATT wanted $150-minus mail in rebate, Wirefly only charged $20 for a new LG Vu CU920. They also offered free shipping and a free bluetooth headset so I was good to go. I placed the order and received an email the next day saying ATT needed additional information about my account before they could ship my phone. I called Wirefly and had to give some basic info. Later that day my phone was shipped. It arrived the very next day with the SIM card in place and the phone was already activated so I was good to go. I just had to call ATT as the voice mail wasn't setup and there was nothing in the manual about what number to input to dial voice mail. 5 minutes with ATT and I was all set. I definitely plan on going through them again in two months when I'm eligible to upgrade my original two phones. The prices are just so much better than going directly through ATT."

"Everything went smooth with my order and my items arrived within a week. One item shipped UPS, the other went through USPS. The 3rd item was backordered for 3 days but arrived quickly once shipped and I appeciate how it didn't hold up my entire order. Price wise they were very good. For the same exact end table I saw in another large retailers magazine, Overstock had for half the price. The shipping was only $2 even though I ordered two endtables which were quite heavy--good deal! I plan on purchasing two 45lb dumbbells from here shortly for the same reason--cheap shipping. Anywhere else would charge a TON to ship 90lbs. The original price excluding shipping is even a bit cheaper so its a no-brainer."

"OK, I place my order online for their best package where I got 1 free HD-DVR, paid $99 for an HD receiver, and my 3rd box was a standard no frills box. When I placed my order I didn't see a place to put in my friends referral code to save $10/month for 10 months so I emailed customer service the very next day to have it applied. The response was I had to put it in when I placed my order on a page I didn't see--so I missed out. The same applies for the $10/month off for two years with my AAA discount--it had to be applied when I signed up. So in total I already lost $340 in savings because I didn't see a place to enter this information online. I considered canceling since my install date was still a week away and just reordering to get the discount but they already charged my card $170 for the HD receiver and a phone connection kit so I didn't want the hassle of waiting for DirecTV to credit back my debit account and then replacing/rescheduling the install. It just left a horrible taste in my mouth losing out on $340 in savings. So now the installer comes and theres trees in the way. I reschedule for a week later and had a few trees taken down. The next installer arrived and set everything up. Being its free installation everything is basic. For example instead of running the cable through my basement it was run outside under my deck. Everything worked so I was content. A few minutes after he left I noticed my boxes were all silver while online they were black. I checked the model number and every box is 3 generations old. I had an HR20 installed when the current boxes are HR23's. All the boxes were also refurbished. So I paid upfront fee's on 3rd generation refurbished boxes. What gets me is if you don't sign up for their $7/month insurance plan you have to pay for any repairs/equipment/and just about anything else. Also, if I wanted to upgrade my box to a newer model DirecTV would extend my contract another 2 years. When I emailed asking why new customers who pay upfront fees on the sat. boxes are getting refurbished units they replied saying they have the same picture quality and are under the same warranty as the new boxes so theres no need for concern. Thats unacceptable. They should use refurb units for people who need a box replaced under warranty--not use them with new customers. I mean how many people paid the $200 upfront fee on that refurbished HR20?! The final gripe was the $21/month rebate for 12 months that was advertised. I signed up when I placed my order and got an email saying I will see my savings on my first bill. My first bill came and of course no rebate. I called and they said due to a computer glitch it wasnt showing up. They said my next bill will have the rebate applied. Other than all those SNAFU's the picture quality is great, better than my HD cable was. So while I enjoy the service the customer service and practice of using old refurbished equipment just isn't right."

"This was my first experience with this store and it turned out great. They already had the cheapest price I could find for Frontline Plus, plus they had an additional $20 discount bringing the total down to a true bargain. Throw in free shipping and it was a steal! I placed my order on Thurday night and it arrived Tuesday morning. Not bad at all considering it was the 4th of July holiday weekend. They also threw in some free dog biscuits and a sample of dog shampoo. I also noticed they have a great program where you earn store credit on every purchase. On my small $50 order I earned $2.50 in drugstore dollars! I definitely plan on making future purchases from here."

"This was my first order at entirelypets. I ordered the Petsafe wireless containment system and assorted treats/bones. The prices were reasonable and the coupon code I found online made them even better. The only minor issue I had was with a bag of Mini Natural treats. They come in 3 different flavors and apparently the one I had chosen was backordered. I waited 3 days before emailing customer service asking if I could just switch flavors or cancel the bag of treats as to not hold up the entire order for who knows how long. I never got a reply in 2 days. I then decided to use the instant chat on their website and the person was very helpful. They switched flavors for me and my order was shipped that same day. So I recommend using the instant chat as opposed to email since as to this day I never got a reply using that method. Other than that delay everything arrived well packaged and arrived quickly once shipped."

"I was extremely happy with my purchase from petfooddirect. They have the best selection in pet food and snacks I could find online. I was worried that shipping time would be an issue but both of my orders were at my door in 3 days. I say both orders because I placed my first order on Saturday and received an order number but forgot to write it down so I couldn't check my status online. I also didn't get an email confirmation so I was worried the order didn't go through. I emailed customer service on Monday to see if they got the Sat. order. On Tuesday morning I just went ahead and ordered another case of food. Shortly after I got an order confirmation so I assumed the first one didnt go through. Tuesday afternoon I got a reply from customer service saying they got my original order! I didn't mind much as it wont go to waste, it just stinks paying for shipping twice. I was very impressed though how both of my orders showed up on Thursday. So my Tuesday order was at my door in 2 days! Granted, I'm only about 150 miles from their PA warehouse. They also threw in some cat treats and a free dog food sample. Everything was packaged very well and out of 3 cases of food only 1 can was bent so no complaints there. In any case, you just cant beat the selection. The prices are reasonable especially if you look up coupon codes. They range from 5-%20 off. It also helps to order in bulk. It seems like shipping starts at around 10 bucks but only goes up minimally when adding extra items. I will certainly be ordering from again since they have alot of harder to find grain free foods and natural treats!"

"Another fine pet store! I found their dog supplies to be very competitively priced and a great selection of treats and toys. While they don't offer free shipping the rates weren't inflated and were very reasonable. I placed my order on Friday night so it got processed and shipped on Monday. It arrived at my door on Wed. which was great. Again, I always like to see the invoices marked up showing the pickers actually check the orders--in this case twice. Once when picked and another when packed. I like this mainly because more than a few times I placed orders through large online retailers and would be missing items. So its always nice to see stores that double check orders. JeffersPet had some unique toys and treats I couldn't find elsewhere so I will certainly be shopping here again. :)"

"I placed an order with MightyPets on Oct 9th and received my order on the 15th which isnt too shabby. I also received email updates as soon as I placed my order, again when it shipped with a tracking number, and another email when it was delivered. The product arrived in the original manufacturers box with no outer box or peanuts/Styrofoam. not a huge deal but worth noting. The product I ordered was a cat door called the cathole! The price was decent but I was upset to find that my medium sized puppy can fit through it! I already cut the hole in my door so I cant see sending the product back but I'm going to have to do some modifications!"

"It seems pretty hard to find one place that has both all the pet items I'm looking for and also good prices. The one online store that price matches items is a great deal but they charge for shipping and also sales tax since we're in the same state. I seen k9cuisine posted on a few pet forums so took a browse of their site. The prices do seem quite high on some items but the free shipping over $50 helps balance it out. For example a bag of dog food I was looking at buying was $70 here but only $55 elsewhere. Flossie tendons are almost double in price as well. The great thing about k9cuisine is they offer samples of many quality foods for free, shipping excluded. Since I just adopted a new puppy this was huge for me. I already wasted tons of money on kibble he doesn't like. I ordered a few samples and some bully sticks which came to only $7 but shipping was $12.69! Since I placed my order on Saturday it wasn't shipped until Monday which was expected. The good news is it would have been here Wed. but FedEx got lost--twice. So I got my order on Friday. The packaging was good and they also included a coupon code for %10 off my next order within 30 days. Update: I decided to place another order to use my %10 off coupon. I have to say I like the stores policies on returns and guaranteeing their products. This time I ordered over $50 so the shipping was free. I also noticed that the listed prices seemed a bit high but they have combo specials which I didn't notice at first. When I placed a bully stick in my cart a new page opens listing similar items for %10 off! This made prices very reasonable since all the items I was ordering were natural chew sticks so I got discounts on most of them. This really adds up considering the combo deal would bring a bag of treats down from $13 to about $10. They also had a good price on Plato treats if you get the free shipping. I also love their processing speed. My order was shipped the same day I placed the order and should be here tomorrow as long as Fed Ex doesnt get lost again. So all in all I do think I will be shopping here again whenever I intend to spend over $50 on treats. :)"
