"Amazing shopping experience. Items received work great. Both are very good quality. The packaging job was just outstanding. All was neatly packed in double boxes and then wrapped in some cushioning paper. This is THE BEST packaging job I've ever seen from any retailer - I've seen many Great Job folks."

"Nightmare and waste of time. Purchased shoes. Got confirmation email to pick up this at previously chosen store. When I showed up, associate checks out my order and says: We don't have this item for you - I know you have the email to pick this up but we don't have it. Go to shoes isle and try to find this item by yourself. I spoke to manager, she said that item is not available and will not offer any sort of solution. I asked if they can ship this once it is in stock, they said no - Sears blows big time. I am glad it currently has the lowest rating I've seen in my life. Worst episode ever!!! This had completed my last purchase at sears ever."

"I've been very unlucky with this store. Ordered 2 bulbs and 4 filters. Out of four filters one arrived with totally different item number and size. I called their customer service from work and didn't have the wrong part number with me. Customer service asked me to call back from home once I get the part number. Once I did, they offered to send me correct part. 2 days later, I received the package from them with BAD part number again. Terrible! I've wasted over a week to get 'stupid' filter. In this economy I am surprised that this store exists. I hope my pharmacy does not operate this way… Lesson learned."

"Perfect Transaction!!! We had ordered four custom size blinds. All arrived well packed. Upon discovering that one of the blinds did not work properly we contacted americanblinds.com They promptly re-ordered the faulty item and provided tracking number. We received it in good order. This is very good customer service and attitude. I recommend this store to everyone."

"Excellent store. Their prices are very good. I I ordered an all-weather floor mats. When I realized than one piece was missing, I emailed customer support. They provided friendly help and sent me missing piece promptly. Very good service and attitude. I will buy from them again."

"Ordered a video card with 2 day shipping. Representative calls 2 hours later that I can get this card for $100 more or cancel order. She said they will not honor my purchase price. Basically I was offered "pay $100 more or cancel" Of course I cancelled. This never happened with newegg, zipzoomfly and others. What a terrible first experience."

"I've purchased from B&H for many years. Even before internet access was this common. Every single order was a perfect expererience. Those guys should be a definition of professionalism and good business. New or Used purchase or return has always been quick and trouble free. Their pricing is very competitive as well. I hardly look elsewhere anymore because their pricing and service is so hard to beat. This is one of the best if not the best store!!!"

"Terrible! They list everything as in stock, even thought many items aren't. I've ordered 2 items of which one was backordered for another month. They didn't inform about it at all. I had to call them and specifically ask about it. I could not cancel an small $5 item that I ordered by mistake. I got a tracking number for a wheel that I need, but it is just an electronic info notification w/out any package progress. That means that they haven't shipped at all. Terrible, terrible merchant and experience. Avoid."

"AWESOME !!! I purchased Syntax Olevia 42" LCD TV from them. Not only the price was the best, but also they offered a free shipping for such a heavy item! They confirmed my order instantaneously,and shipped very quickly. TV arrived in three days from them to IL. After reading some horror shipping stories, I was well surprised to get the double packed huge box intact. The TV worked superbly right out of the box. I emailed buydig.com customer service that I didn't get HDMI cable. They emailed Syntax directly regarding this issue and I got the cable soon via FedEx. This has been one of the best purchasing experiences. BRAVO buyding.com"

"Amazon deliberately delays shipment of an item if the buyer chooses FREE Super Saver Shipping. Even though the item is in stock and is described as "usually ships within 24 hours", Amazon ships it a week after placing an order. This actually has happened for a second time and many others have experienced the same practice. If you cannot stay competitive and actually offer a free shipping without punishing your customers choosing it, don’t do it."

"They have changed. In the "old" days I never had problem with this merchant. Now, it has gotten worse. They list an item I ordered in stock for over 2 weeks but they don't ship it. It has been sitting as "sent to warehouse" for over a week and nothing happens... I emailed their support to find out what is going on, but just got a 'standard' response to be patient. Based on most recent reviews, I am not alone here to say that buy.com should be avoided."
