"Very fast processing of order. Placed order on May 15, 2005 and they processed my order within the hour (no kidding). Just waiting for the product to arrive then I'll update my review. Edit May 18, 2005. Order arrived. Took two days from California to Hawaii via USPS Priority, very good. Using enclosure now and it's very fast."

"Website loads very, very slowly. Prices are only cheap when there is a mail-in rebate offer and even then it takes FOREVER to get your rebate if you get it at all. Shipping charges are very high. Also, it seems Compusa was charged for rebate fraud: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=21807"

"Update: This is the worst store when it comes to processing orders and Customer Support. 5 Days and order has not been processed. No response to email either. -------------------------------------------------- Update: 72 Hours and Order has not been processed yet. -------------------------------------------------- 48 Hours since I placed my order and it has notyet been processed. Lines are busy and e-mail has not been responded yet. Checked whether the items were in stock before ordering and they were. Two days later, items are still in stock but order is not being processed. What I'm worried about is that the prices of some of the items I ordered changed from two days ago. I hope they don't charge me the current price when they finally proces my order. This is their policy on shipping and processing: "Orders received by 2:00PM Pacific (5:00PM Eastern) will usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00PM PST will usually ship the next day. We do not guarantee same day shipping, however we do try to process orders within the same day assuming that are items are in stock. All shipping charges are for actual shipping and we do not charge handling fees. . . ." -------------------------------------------------"

"I bought the Samsung Ml-2250 at a very good deal. Amazon shipped it and it arrived the next day all the way to Hawaii. Impressive, The one bad thing I hate about their pricing is that they don't respond or change their response no matter how many times you say that you found the exact same product priced lower somewhere else."

"The one thing I don't like about this seller is that Customer Service responds to emails after three days the email has been sent to them. Also my order got delayed due to a power outage and inventory. I'm now waiting for my order to arrive. One upside is that their shipping charges is lower than others for the same exact product. Update (8/17/2004) - The package arrived after 9 days via USPS. I think it took a little long, but the products were packaged well and arrived undamaged. Even the box did not have a scratch. I ordered Hard drive coolers. I'm a little disappointed. I installed the cooler that's supposed to attach at the bottom of the drive, but then the drive would not be able to fit in the 3.5 -inch slot and still be able to screw it on since there is about 1cm added height. Your case have to support such a cooler. The coolers, however, that go to the 5.25 bay have good heatsinks but the fans are terrible. They are barely blowing in air, so even if the heatsink is working, there is no way for the heatsink to get cool down since the fans barely circulates air. I had to stick an 80mm fan to help cool the drives."

"This is a very good place to buy computer components and upgrades. I especially like their enclosures. Their enclosures are cheap and still looks classy. I ordered a fan from them for my case. The only problem is that it didn't come with screws. Luckily I have some lying around. The fan was as advertised and performed as expected. I'll buy an enclosure from them when I upgrade my computer. I also tried emailing their costumer service about their product if the description provided on their website is actually what the product is. They were kind enough to check their product and informed me."

"This is one of the worst sellers ever when it comes to shipping and product pricing. I ordered twice and both orders arrived after 35 days when it was promised that it would arrive within 9 days. They also do not offer shipping options at check out and they expect you to call their customer service for this and wait at least 30 minutes until someone can help you."

"I've ordered twice from this website and I'm really satisfied with both orders. In my firts order, I purchased UV led fans. The order was processed and shipped within 24 hours and arrived in Hawaii from PA in three days even with USPS Priority. The fans performed as advertised. My second purchase was a pair of cathodes and they are as bright as the product description claimed. Also this seller offers a variety of shipping. For someone who live in Hawaii, I only paid about fifteen dollars shipping on both orders. Update (8/7/2004) - They no longer ship via USPS Priority to Hawaii. They ship UPS 2nd day and charge $38 shipping for a single fan when in reality UPS will ship it for only less than 10 bucks. Xoxide is gonna make 30+ dollars by cheating their non-continental US customers on shipping."
