"I started to use Allegro about 6 months ago. I reordered supplies to the tune of $139.22 on Thursday of last week (09/12/19). On Saturday I went to pay my electric and guess what, I was missing another $139.22 besides the first $139.22 from my checking account. Today (09/16/19) I called them to find out why and was told that this a hold until the first $139.22 cleared. I received the the order on 09/13/19 and my checking account was still missing the second $139.22. Now two things, 1.If the first $139.22 would not have cleared, what in the hell makes anyone think the other $139.22 would clear? 2.If I already had the items ordered, why keep the second amount hold on? Their deals are no deals, so BUYER BEWARE."
"I returned a pseudo-sheepskin bed pad to Allegro on July 1. Negotiating a return required 3 phone calls because customer "service" did not contact me when they received the return information from a third party.
Three weeks later, I still had not received a refund. Customer "service" said they needed to get still more paperwork from a third party to issue a refund, and would email me confirmation. I never received an email, even though he verified my contact info.
Ten days later, I called Allegro for the eighth time and was on hold for ten minutes. Only because of my repeated phone calls did they issue a refund, seven weeks after they received my (tracked) return shipment.
Evasive & dismissive customer service. Don't bother.

I called customer service 4 times and was always told someone would look into the issue and call me back and NO ONE ever did. I also tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me do that either. "I ordered briefs 12/12/18 and found that 4 packages were defective (no elastic in one of the legs). Allegro's first offer (Dawn) was for me to ship 3 of the 4 bags to McKesson at my cost. When I questioned this, I was asked to send photo proof of the defect, which I did. Then Patti indicated that the vendor agreed to a refund of 3 of the 4 packages. That was TWO months ago. I don't think I'll see my refund. I have switched suppliers to CareClub ."

"I have been a customer of allegro medical since 2012. They have great prices and they usually ship things to me pretty quickly. My last two orders were not like this, however. I order 24 boxes of syringes and 24 boxes of needles, every time. Both of the last two orders have been considerably delayed on the needles. The first time it was no big deal, customer service was very nice, and sent me a different brand of needles that were in stock within a few days. This last time I got the run around by three different customer services agents, no one would help me, promised to send me tracking information but never did, and the last guy travis acted horribly. He was very snotty and rude, but did not mind that allegro medical had already charged me $260 for needles i never got.
This is the last time I will use these people. "

"Ordered supplies and paid extra for expedited shipping to be received in 1-3 days. After five days, I followed-up. The link in email confirmation to check status of order did not have any info. Emailed customer service, but no response. Called twice and told it would be delivered soon. Very vague information. They did offer to credit shipping costs, but I really needed supplies. Finally after 10 days later, I called again and demanded a definitive answer. I was informed items were not in stock and on back order. Why did they not contact me or at least tell me when I called. If I knew, I would have purchased somewhere else. "
"I ordered an expensive ($200) brace from this company. They offered next day delivery which I paid an additional $25 for. Days later, I didn't have the brace so I called them to check and see what was up. They tell me that next day delivery doesn't apply for that brand as they have to obtain it from the manufacturer. Well that's funny, because you charged me for next day. They tell me they can't deliver it for at least a week. So I cancelled the order. Never see the credit back to my card. One week later the brace shows up. I call them and ask why they sent it. The guy I talk to says he can see the communication documented that I cancelled the order. He says he'll send me a return label in the next 1-3 days. More than a week goes by, still no return label. I call again and ask for a manager who promises to get me the return label in 1-2 days. Still no label 4 days later. I call again and speak with the same manager who swears that he already sent me the label. Nope not there. Checked the spam/junk mail, nothing. While I'm on the phone with him, the email that had the return label magically appears in my inbox... Yes he did send it, but only after I had to call for a FORTH damn time for the same effing brace that they shouldn't have sent. I send the brace back. Get confirmation they got it. Wait a week, still no refund. Wait another week, still no refund. So I have to call a FIFTH time. The person I spoke with said that they were waiting for authorization from the manufacturer to issue a refund... Uh why, the brace was returned in the unopened box. He then puts me on hold, magic now he says I'll have a refund on my card in 24 hours. Yes the refund was issued. But only after 5 phone calls over the same item they never should have sent. I get the feeling had I not been persistent, they would not have given my money back. And after all that, they didn't even refund the shipping cost that they never should have offered since it most certainly was not overnight. Shady as HELL. Terrible service. Never will I ever order anything from them again. "
" If I could give negative stars I would! I made a purchase from Allegro Medical and paid for next day shipping about 2 weeks ago and never received my order. Funny thing is the next day shipping was more expensive than the actual product. I let customer service know that I never received my order and I was extremely disappointed. A week later I received an email stating that I did not pay for next day shipping and they attempted to deliver but I had given them the wrong address, but in my order confirmation that THEY sent me after ordering shows that I did provide my correct address and I did pay for next day shipping. I can tell you that this company has no integrity and they're only in it for the one time sale. If this review loses them 1 customer I'm extremely happy about it. On another note after researching this company I noticed that all the very few positive reviews for this company seen extremely generic and I'm convinced that they were written by Allegro Medical themselves and not actual customers. As far as I'm concerned I paid $40 to never deal with this horrible company ever again. "

"I have gone through what alot of people have when faced with a debilitating disability. The health crisis, almost loss of life, the wait.... After getting approval on disability ( 3 years), everything seemed to be looking up. I was able to get alot of health concerns addressed, medical equipment I needed. And then along came obamacare! It has put my medicaid back to being like worse than being uninsured! Doctors not accepting, not getting paid even when they do, not covering ANY equipment! I was having another crisis, along with not being able to urinate, even with a urologists prescription for catheters the pharmacy could not get approval. After second visit to ER to have my bladder drained (over 1,000 cc)... found Allegromedical.com and was suprised to find out I could get the best available, prelubricated catheters on the market, and 3x the supply for 1/2 the costs of what 1 pack would cost in the pharmacy! So, this site was a lifesaver for me!"
"I ordered a product for occasional constipation - the Magic Bullet. I received the order on May 9th. The expiration date is July 2017. "Dawn" at Allegro Medical wrote and told me that the vendor of this product said to ignore the exp date. Really??? I am going to stick something in my body expired?
