I made the mistake of trying Sears/Kenmore (which either sends nothing or the wrong thing--no refund and just a computer answering and third world call center focused on not helping you)... I had Kenmore so I tried them (okay, they took for me a ride like three times, I am a glutton for punishment).
But I found Frigidaire probably makes Kenmore appliance parts so I could use a great firm like this, a real firm, one where you actually get the right high quality part in the mail right away!
Tired of low quality/scams in the industry--use appliance parts pros.
Repairing things is already hard enough--don't make it harder with a bad supplier. "

"I have used appliancepartspros.com twice in 3 weeks now. First I had to replace the door switches on my LG microwave. They had all three switches in stock, plus the necessary diagrams to help me pick the right parts, and a video of how to do the replacement! Awesome number 1. Next, I needed a door switch for my Whirlpool clothes dryer (a 2012 model). Same deal - diagrams to find the part number, the part was in stock, and a good video demonstrating the replacement process. Awesome number 2!
