"Ordered parts - when they arrived, one of the bags was empty - still sealed but completely empty. I called customer service right away. 1st call - there was an 84 minute wait time!! I work full-time - who can sit on hold for 84 minutes? Called again about 3 hours later - 34 minute wait. Okay, I have paperwork so I'll wait. This was a Thursday morning. I finally spoke with a guy, explained the situation- clearly their fault. or whomever pulled the part and didn't see there wasn't a part in the bag. I needed this part by Saturday as my son was coming to fix the washer. It was their mistake, I asked them to guarantee delivery by Saturday- no can't guarantee, but it "should be there". Can I have a tracking number? Are you sending it overnight or 2-day shipping? No we can't do that. WHY?? It was your mistake! So, here I sit - 1 week later and my part is "still in transit". VERY VERY FRUSTRATED with the customer service. "
