"I ordered a stove igniter, and it was delivered promptly and the packaging was in good shape. Part was easy to install by following the video instructions. the oven ignited and worked for 20 minutes or so then the problem returned. Confused, I called for an appliance repair service call and the technician found the new igniter had burned out due to a flaw likely in manufacturing. This was not a vendor problem but from manufacturing. Your company is not at fault for the review rating! I will likely use your company in the future if needed. I now know that the factory warrants your parts"

"The parts were delivered in a timely manner, and they fit perfectly. And your repair videos are excellent. However, replacing the motor coupling to the gear box did not entirely solve the spin cycle problem. After reviewing more comments on the appliance parts pros website, I ordered a new clutch assembly. Once those parts arrive and I replace the old clutch, hopefully that will solve the spin cycle problem. "
