"Appliance Parts Pro technical support was knowledgeable to the specific issue with my Samsung Refrigerator that was not cooling to 38F. The lowest was at 58F. Food spoiled. The culprit is Compressor Overload Protector DA34-00004D / AP4334781. Clicking noise when I shake it. The thermistor inside it is broken up so creates an open circuit. The video by Matt was very helpful. I had issue with the part where the plating thickness was thinner than the original. It could be due to manufacturing issue. As a result, I am unable to keep the connector snuggly fit. This is causing good contact issue. Appliance Part Pro team is cheerfully working with me on warranty. Parts shipped out and arrived timely. It came in a carefully package. When you are in emergency mode, every seconds count. Great product support. "
