"Part delivered in good condition within quoted delivery window. Have yet to install.
Hope to cure problem of water leak from coupling to wash pump. Second attempt. First time I tightened the clamp too tight and may have cut rubber connector, trying to stop leak. The short plastic pump inlet pipe has a taper on the end which keeps getting squeezed out of the rubber hose connected to the sump. Hope another try will be successful. "

Feb. 6 went on live chat only to find that the order had been cancelled because the part was no longer available. If it had not been for my follow up, who knows how much longer I would have waited for notification?"
