"I received the washing machine temperature switch within a reasonable amount of time. The part number on the part was exactly the same as what I took. There was no installation instructions, however once I figured out how to remove the old part, the new one went back in with no problem. It works perfectly."

"I needed a door gasket for my fridge. Plugged in model number and takes me to my fridge with expandable diagram photos to find the part/part number. Even checked the price against several other websites and appliancepartspros had best price. Have not installed yet but they also offer a video ( at least on several parts I have pulled up) of how to install that specific part. That is a great help. Delivery was quick. No problems start to finish. "
