"This rating would have been a 5 plus based on my experience with the sales staff, however I have yet to receive my Bosch outer oven door. The site initially claimed the part was in stock but I have been waiting 2 weeks. I emailed customer service for an update. They too had an excellent response time, however responded that the new ships date will be another 2 weeks.
4 weeks without an oven is pretty rough."

"Parts came very quickly, except two different delivery ways. UPS gave to post office was fine. Second through Fed Ex, was dropped at garage on other side of driveway, sat there for 3 days, outside in elements until I called to see where it was delivered to. Product was fine not first time Fed Ex has done this."

"Needed a Bottom Freezer Door seal for LG. They had one, price was very reasonable, shipping was fast, packaging was great and it arrived when they said it would in perfect shape. Followed their video and it installed perfect in about 10 minutes total.
I am doubting that it has fixed my problem at this point but not a problem of these folks. Freezer Tempos jump around all day long from +5 to +25 no apparent reason. not sure if the Refrigerator/Freezer is being effected by Radiant heat that we have. ??
