"The door on my out-of-warranty Bosch dishwasher started flopping downI when opened, it was obvious that something was broken and would require an expensive service call, so I decided to take a look myself. I pulled the unit out and found the door tension cord had broken on one side (a truly poor design, failure inevitable). The Bosch parts website said nothing about a part redesign and offered no installation information. I started additional online searching, quickly discovered AppliancePartsPros, watched the repair video they offered, smiled when I learned how easy the change-out would be. I chatted with Heidi to confirmappy there had been a redesign and that I was ordering the correct part; it arrived in three business days. It took me more time to gather my tools than to do the repair which, thanks to the video, was simple. The door works perfectly now, my wife is happy, I didn't have to spend $100+ for a service/parts call or risk Chinese Plague exposure. I highly recommend AppliancePartsPros!"
