As for Fed Ex service, the initial timing was good, they just delivered to the wrong address, something about not screening drivers. Now the picture they sent for proof of delivery was someone else's front door. At the time I did not recognize the door, it could be anyone's. So I could not install it Friday night. I got ready to go looking Saturday for that door, my neighbor was just coming to my door, with the box that I bought for Thursday delivery. I notified FedEx when I hadn't found the door that they delivered to, they never responded to the complaint, except Auto mail. I try to avoid Fed Ex"

"My part was sent via UPS. I was notified that delivery was expected the following day between 2-6:00. It sat for 3 days at a distribution center in Illinois instead. Then sent to North Carolina, then to Kentucky, then back to the same distribution center where it had been before going to a distribution center in Palatine before going out for delivery. It was en route for over a week. I had contacted APP while it was sitting at the first distribution center & got an automated response.
In the meantime, my washer sat in parts, unusable. "
