"I had to replace a part on my fridge, so I went on YouTube to learn how to fix the issue I was having with my fridge when I came across a video from appliance parts pros and watch the step by step process on how to remove and install the part that I need for the exact fridge I own. It was by far the best video I have come across that gave clear instructions on how to replace the part. So I went to the website and inputted the model # of the fridge I own to find the right part I needed, ordered it and it came within two business days. I am very pleased with the ease in navigating through your website. Once I received the part I needed I watch the video once again and installed the part perfectly.
