"Needed a circuit board for the dishwasher. The website helped me find the part and offered it for a good price.
Part arrived promptly, but was missing the personality jumpers (that's a thing) for some reason. A new part arrived the next day (!!), and is working correctly now. Very good and fast response to the missing jumpers issue.
Maybe the best of all categories for YouTube is the how-to videos for appliance and car repairs. AppliancePartsPros has posted a TON of videos, which a great resource for everyone. I found a few YouTubes for my specific GE UI board replacement. One of these was the AppliancePartsPros video. It was very clear and very helpful. I managed to pull the door, disassemble it all the way down to the circuit board, and get it all back together despite having never done any of those tasks before. Everything works, and nothing leaks - a YouTube miracle!

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

I'm so sorry for the issue with your order. I called and talked to you on the phone and you advised us of the issue with the part your ordered. I advised you that this was a GE manufactured part, sometimes GE has made changes to their parts. Also, GE doesn't always included a wiring diagram or a note advising that this part has been changed. Your model number may provide a wiring schematic which can help you to replace the part. Also, there is a repair video with the part that can help you with replacing the part. We advised you that we could set up a return so you could return the part but you advised that you wished to keep and install the part. If the part was wrong we could have replaced it but we confirmed in our call that you received the part that was ordered. Should this part be defective we can always replace the part as it carries a 365 day warranty.
