"My refrigerator leaked water into the ice maker which would freeze and jam the mechanism. It was easy to look up the part on this website. I was concerned that the new part had different hose connectors on it. This site had a video which showed how to make the tubes fit the new valves. I switched out the assembly in about 30 minutes. Super simple!
My only complaint is that it took 8 days to get here. Good thing it wasn't a critical part. I thought Fed Ex was faster than that."

"i purchased a door latch per order 9073188 on 7/5/18. I waited for a repair person to perform installation. I waited until 8/9/18 for a repair person to show and he told me that the control panel was burned out. I ordered a control panel on 8/9/18 under order 9194728. I contacted your company to return the original part as it wasn’t needed for the repair and not installed. I returned the part via USPS on 9/15 and it was delivered on 9/18. I went on vacation the next day. I returned from vacation the week of 10/8 and contacted your company as i hadn’t heard anything. The customer service rep confirmed the receipt and told me that it was being processed and would take 5 business days. I contacted your customer service dept today and was told that the part was still sitting in the warehouse and how short staffed that your company is. The part still needs to be inspected and i should receive an email when they are done informing me. I believe that i am getting the brush off and keep hearing a different story every time i call for the refund. It’s been over a month since the return. Not sure what i am going to hear next. I am very disappointed in the “hassle free” return that i have experienced and feel like i just got taken."

"There was no protective wrapping around the plastic bin in the cardboard box. There's sharp corners. It only makes sense to wrap it in bubble or something. And no offer to ship a new one for free. I have to pay for shipping to me, get it broken, and pay for shipping to return the item. And I have to pay for shipping for a replacement piece. Hopefully, this one isn't broken, too."
