"Needed replacement cover for a Bosch dishwasher. Called and gave agent model # and she provide the part # which I ordered. Looking at the # later, I decided that this was not right. Called again and the new agent agreed that this was the wrong part. Of course the right # was $5 more. Would not credit the difference even though it would have cost them more to return the wrong part and ship the right one ( then again they might have made me pay for shipping - I don't know). However, in the end I did get the right part. "
