"Ordered support bracket for microswitches in microwave. Part looked correct on website and showed on the shipping information correctly. But, when the part arrived, it was a microswitch, not the support bracket. By then, the system had changed the part and the part number and it is wrong. I have had good luck previously with this company, but will think twice about using them again. In addition I was charged over ten dollars freight from Louisville to metro Nashville and company refused to refund either outbound or return freight."

"I found the problem.
When I opened the back to change the switch.
I discovered that it was a defective product with one part missing.
It's probably a heat control function.
There is another covering part on the switch.
The other three switches have it, but this one doesn't.
So it's broke the hiding coil and replaced it.
The switch broke so I had to work again.
All these responsibilities must be taken by the company.
