When I called the company, they were able to get another set of wheels out to me. One of the wheels wasn’t exactly like the other one but I was able to make it fit without returning it. If you ordered the wrong part we normally would not issue a return shipping label unless one of our agents had assisted you or if there was an error on our site. As you never contacted us regarding this order we don't know what the issue is. However, as a one time curtesy, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, in a separate email, to return this order. Regarding your second order, 15630025, this order was placed on 3/8/24 after our cutoff point of 4 PM EST. Any order placed after our cutoff of 4 PM will not be placed until the next business day. As 3/8 was a Friday, and the warehouses are closed over the weekend, the order shipped out on 3/11/24, the next business day and arrived on 3/12/24, the designated Next day delivery date.
