"I began my search using the symptoms I was experiencing with my GE fridge, then got more specific with part names and eventually part numbers. I visited ApplicancePartsPros.com and found the part, plus other compatible parts (cross-referenced). I double-backed to my go to store in an effort to get the parts sooner-- but the big-name online retailer was not confidence-inspiring (images looked different, description and specifications showed conflicting info, warranty/exchange/return and Help was unclear or undefined. Cheaper price, but it wasn't worth the chance. I returned to AppliancePartsPros.com to complete my order-- they recommended some additional parts I might need -- I added them all to my cart and found that standard shipping arrived to my doorstep in 2 days! I used the video How-To's and repaired my appliance confident that I had access to support resources if I needed them. I'm so happy with my purchase and my fridge is running better than new! It beat hiring a GE contractor to come out and charge over $100 for diagnostics alone-- not to say that's sometimes the better route, but I learned something, saved money, and got a great feeling on accomplishment doing it myself!"
