"The parts came a day quicker than expected. The video was extremely useful and matched our experience with the repair. Two minor negatives: the video referred to a set of instructions (not included but not needed because of the video) and it wasn't easy to figure out what the part number for the white grease was without writing down the part number as seen on the video. These are minor negatives. I will definitely recommend your website to everyone and will use it again in the future. "

"I ordered an upper shelve for my Frigidaire upright freezer that's supposed to be 17 1/2 deep. What I got was the lower shelf that is 15 1/2 deep. The instructions on the page said this was the upper shelf. The numbers were right but when it arrived the protective plastic said lower shelf. The numbers on the packing were correct. It's just one of those poor customer service experiences. I'll keep the shelf just kinda disappointed!"
