"Appliance Parts Pros has been my go-to for appliance parts for some time, but my latest order was a real disappointment. The refrigerator in my RV was acting up, so I used their resources to find several "possible fix" parts. Luckily, the first to arrive solved the problem so I wasn't stranded. The last of the parts just showed up, 2 months after the original order was placed! Obviously, we all order appliance parts because there is a problem to be fixed, so how does it make any sense that we would do without for 2 months? I will keep the parts as spares, but something more should have been done to keep me apprised of the back-order situation."

AppliancePartsPro came my most needed rescue. I placed order online on a Sunday evening and the door got delivered in just 2 days on Tuesday.
I fixed the part and its my fridge is fully functional again.
It was an excellent buy and very prompt delivery by them. Their prices are slightly on the higher side, but I dont mind paying it when I am getting this kind of excellent service. I will do future purchases with them for sure."

"I ordered a replacement evaporator fan motor for my fridge, and paid for overnight shipping. They sent it out on time but this was not reflected in my account for about another day. Then FedEx took 3 days to overnight my product while I was keeping my fridge as cold as possible with ice. Appliance Parts Pros refunded the shipping costs with no trouble. I wish they said on their site what company would be used for shipping. I have always hated FedEx and I try to avoid them if at all possible. In any case my fridge works now, so thanks."
