"I have used Appliance Parts Pros in the past and have always had good experiences. This time, I received part of the order, and based on the tracking it looked as if I was not going to receive the balance of the order. So, I contacted them via e-mail and they explained that the balance was on its way. The next day, I received the balance of the order... and a day later, I received a duplicate of the order. Wow! They not only originally sent the order, but when I asked, they duplicated the order just to be certain that I would get it. I am waiting, now, to see if they want me to ship back the 2nd shipment. Customer service at its best! I also am a huge fan of their tutorial repair videos... takes all of the guess work out of the project before ordering the parts. I will always use them when time permits."

"The first part they sent me does not appear to fit right. I installed it and it made the problem worse, I reinstalled it, thinking I had made a mistake, and still nothing. Then I put the old part back in, and at least the handle could be moved, which the new part could not do. I contacted them via chat and they are sending me another one - the same part - hopefully it will work!"
