"And only found that out after I ordered, it arrived, and I had to pay for shipping to return it.
So out shipping & handling on this transaction.
Could have saved both of us some time if the consultant knew to ask about the finish on the oven door and told me that it was no longer made rather than me having to receive it and find out it was not a match, but a generic stainless door. That, of course, did not match the rest of the appliances in the kitchen.
Return consultant was able to tell me they only made the stainless, which would have saved me the grief of having to order, pay for S&H, find out it was wrong and pay for Shipping to return if they'd been up front with that information.
So yeah...disappointed with the process. People were nice, but the process...not so much."
