"I was easily able to identify the part I needed (microwave door handle) and it was quickly shipped and it arrived intact. They even had a video detailing the steps needed for the repair I needed to do. The only downside was the price of the part which was more expensive than I was hoping for. Overall using this site was a very good experience."
