"the delivery date on the site was inaccurate it came 2 days later so i was without a washer longer and could of gotten a part cheaper for the same amount of days it actually took with these folks otherwise i would of went with the cheaper place . the good part is it was the right part and my washer is working now."

"ok, finding, ordering, and receiving of the parts requested was quite satisfying, I was disappointed with one part that I received, something sharp had put a dimple that was very noticeable, which was the label. I smooth it out the best I could, but if you look hard enough you can see it. Otherwise and even with the label the way it was, I will not sent it back or even talk to customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the highest, 11.5
