"ordered the same printer, cancled w/o warning or email or anything. 75% of my orders from buy.com are this way. cancled with out warning or take months to get the item to you and by then you do not need it. DO NOT SHOP AT BUY.COM!!! EVER"

"The worst Online store, I've ever dealt with. The cancelled my online order, which I placed successfully, without any reason and didn't even bother to send the notification email. I wonder, if this was a ploy to collect the customer's vital information (CC etc) and sell it.

This was my first and will be my last shopping experience with them.

"In short, Buy.com cancelled my order and failed to notify me of the cancellation. There was nothing special or out of the ordinary on my order. My guess is that they sold out and simply cancelled it??

They don't have any problems emailing you marketing offers, but they seem to have problems notifying you on order status.

Now I have to order it somewhere else and again wait for delivery.

"Order cancelled without email notification nor a clear reason.

I found a lable printer on Buy.com throught their own search which was offering $30 instant rebate and a $20 manufacturer rebate.
I promptly received a confirmation email.
After a few hours, the status of the item has changed from "Processing" to "Sent to Warehouse."
Then after another few hours, without any notice to me, it was "Cancelled".
When I placed my order it was in stock and ready to ship in 24 hours!!
Did Buy.com just think that I was getting "too good of a deal"?
WTF!
